Frustrated and Pissed!

I have spent 5 long moths waiting to make a info pass appointment for my I-551 stamp, while I wait for the long 11 1/2 moths for my replacement card. I go on everyday, several times a day it is always the same results. I have called and spoke to USCIS agents who are even

less helpful than the website. I was told to go to the office, I was let in and made it through to the 3rd floor and the incompetent guard sent me down to the first floor for a pass. Waited in line walked up to the window the woman was useless and rude, showed no compassion about my 

urgency for stamp. She tells me get a "info pass" I told her genius your website has glitches it is impossible to to have no appointments for the last 5 months and the phone agents tell you to come down and the office staff is more incompetent than I have ever seen. Something needs to be done. I have no stamp I won't see my card until October-November and I have a pending job which is why I'm getting the stamp. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you can try to call uscis and talk to tier 2 to see if they can help you about that. Honestly I don't know what else it can be done in a case like this. Or go back to that office and tell them you come to get the stamp.

From my understanding, If you applied for a replacement card your NOA should state that there is a temp extension.

Thanks for your input. I do know that my NOA states that I'm valid, but I still need a stamp in my passport that will be for 12mos. I have told them at the office what I need and was turned away for not having an infopass. I will try to call and ask about tier 2.
