Need help on where to mail updated K1 Visa information.

Hi everyone!

 

I filled my I-129F for the K1 Visa back on February 8th and my papers went to the California Service Center. I have not received my NOA2 yet. A few weeks ago I switched jobs. I called the USCIS for information on if I needed to mail in proof that I have a new job since the I-129F required we provide job history. They really didn't give much of an answer other than use your best judgment. I decided to mail in a letter stated I switched jobs, a letter of verification from my employer and the copy of my first pay stub. My question is where should I mail this to? I have searched around on the web and can't seem to find the address for where I should be sending this updated information. Does anyone know the answer to this?

I have a friend who also changed jobs during this process. He didn't send in any updates, just included the new information with the I-134a and all the documentation you mentioned for his fiancee to take to the interview with her. (her interview is in 2 days, so not sure the result yet).

Entry: 2018-09-19 (Chicago POE)

Marriage: 2018-10-12

There's no requirement to update them unless they request it. There's definitely no need to send any verification of a new job (pay stub or employment letter)...USCIS does not look at financials for an I-129F. The I-134 and financial information will come into play at the embassy stage 9after I-129F approval and NVC processing).

Thanks for the replies. I guess I wont send anything. I was only going to send the pay stub to show I worked there. I just wanted to stay proactive and avoid having to wait longer if they requested it. Really hoping to have the real wedding (not legal court house) by June 2019. :unsure:
