Immigration process is tiresome. I think it will depend on your local office processing time. Check it now. my 751 is at 12 month already .

Yeah, it's been kind of hard to figure out an accurate processing estimate for any local office. I think part of the problem is that the results are skewed a bit by those who have a combo filing for (751 and then go in on the 90 day window for N400.  What I've learned is that it will be what it will be and we have no control over it other than doing our best to make sure we complete the forms correctly and submit everything they could possibly need or want to see.  The rest is like a scratch card game.

Oh wow, yours is even more weird!  So you actually did the biometrics, then got a waiver and now you have to go again? We got three waivers for bio's over the course of the past year and a month ago we got an appointment scheduled. Once the fingerprints were done things started moving pretty quickly. It took about a week from the appointment to the status change saying our card was being produced and the another 5 days for the card to get here.

FWIW we did not get any tracking number or anything from USCIS. My status still says card is being produced but it arrived last week.

Just received a notification that card is in production. Biometrics was 11th of June. No interview, no transfer, case stayed with CSC.

Congrats Phaedra! Do you mind share your timeline and the first 5 digits of your WAC number? I did the biometrics one day after you, but hasn’t got anything yet. Thank you in advance!

Thank you, I filed on 5/22/18. Noa 6/13/18. Biometrics on 6/11/19 (by the way, only the old website updated and only now that the card was ordered. Until now it couldn’t even find the case, while the new site is stuck on case received. Neither of those updated after biometrics).

Case number is wac18200xxxx.

Thank you very much Phaedra for the reply. I filed about two weeks after you (but somehow got biometrics done only one day after you), so hopefully I will hear something in the next couple weeks.

I had the same thing. My card arrived last week and both sites still say card has been mailed. I never did get a tracking number or anything
