I also signed up for the new site but I have never gotten texts or emails.  Do I have to signup to receive texts and emails?  All I see about my status is case received June 2018 and nothing else. It would be great if we just got the new GC out of the blue!

Yes I keep hoping to get any day the update "Approved", "Card is in Production". At least now updates on the old site. Just wondering with petition transferred how long the wait. Does it wait for N-400 timeline or is there a happy middle ground. I can't imagine after 13 month wait we have to wait now another 1 to 2 years for a 10 year green card or citizenship. Good Lord.

Hey guy! Congratulations to all of you who have gotten approval!

It looks like my case has been transferred twice, first to my local office, and then elsewhere, I also received a letter from USCIS, and now my case is at NBC. Anyone had similar experience?

Yes mine was transferred to NBC May 22. Day after I file N400.

Thank you!! :)

I do not think I got anything saying about tracking number. We have been on vacation for 3 weeks and meantime they sent me a letter with I-797 (Notice of action) notifying that in the next 60 days I will get my new green card. In another envelope was the green card. So I dont know which letter came first since we were overseas.

I had to look on the card again and yes it's with the american flag and statue of liberty.

Also I have to admit, I didnt follow my case status or anything after I got my biometrics done last year in May. I knew its gonna take a year at least and just waited for the card to come.

Hey H, thanks a lot for the quick response. 😁Appreciate your time. I did get my 797NOA but the card probably still on the way, at least it took only a year lol 😂 Enjoy the rest of the evening.

Yay!  You give me hope :D Ours was approved/card being produced the day after yours.  Hoping we get something soon.

The old site says Your New Card is Being Produced.  The new site still says Approved (never saw it show that status on the old site).

Hope the mail is speedy for you :)

Took five days over a month. They got our RFE May 15th, and our case was approved June 20th.

Edit: This was the Potomac Service Center FYI, we'd been transferred there earlier in the year.

thanks for the update on this, I was wondering that as well. They got our RFE package on June 18th, so we're still waiting. Extremely frustrated with it though - it was largely a request for more financial evidence, which was easy enough to put together, but the genesis of the inquiry seemed to be around my lease. Case officer was concerned that I was on a month-to-month lease, when there is literally a box checked for "1-year lease." So, they appear to not have actually read or looked at the documents carefully. They also appear to have lost (or at least aren't reporting as received) a number of other documents we sent in our original package. Our case is at CSC
