Does your statement show your beneficiary? My quarterly statements show my husband as my 401k beneficiary. If you've got something similar, I think that would be more helpful than the wording in this letter.

No, unfortunately the statements don't have the beneficiary on it. I might just leave my 401K out of the RFE in that case and add some more of the other stuff.

Hey y’all! I’ve been a silent reader, but this website has contributed a lot to me figuring out my timeline.

My I-751 was approved on May 31, and card was delivered to my lawyers today.

Heres my timeline:

May 2, 2018: received at CSC

June 5, 2018: receipt number WAC181915....issued

June 13, 2018: received I797 extension letter (12 months)

October 31, 2018: 18 month extension letter received

Feb 27, 2019: bio waved

May 6, 2019: new biometric appointment for May 21, 2019

May 15, 2019: bio walk in accepted

May 24, 2019: status update on website saying bio review was completed

May 31, 2019: approval

June 6, 2019: new card in hand

the new website never updated besides “June 5, 2018 received your case” (wrong! Actually received on May 2, 2018).

the old website went straight from “fingerprint review completed” to “card picked up by USPS”.

Good luck y’all!!!

So today I also received Bio retaken notification since I received the waiver in Feb. Appt is on May 28.

However when I checked my case status online, it still shows "Fingerprint Review Was Completed" as of February 28.

Not sure why this happens but I'll still go take my bio to be safe.

Anyone knows the reason?

Also, my appt is at 9:00 AM in the morning while seems like the facility opens at 8:00 AM.

Will it be OK if I walk-in by 8:00 to get it done? Anyone know how long does the bio taking process? Don't want to take a half day off from work....

or you can send the form that you filled out , showing spouse as beneficiary. I think it's a good alternative.

Congrats. I believe your case remained with VSC since May 2018 right ? Did you get any email/text notifications ?

I am still waiting this was last mail:

On May 7, 2019, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC181775****, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by June 6, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

p.s. instructions in the notice didn't say anything just that it is a 'standard' procedure.
