New website to check case status:

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

 

Old website to check case status:

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

 

For us, our receipt number never worked on the old website and still doesn’t work. However the new website has been fairly on point for us. We could only see the updates such as case received, fingerprint review completed, new card is being produced and case was approved all on the new website. Receipt number errors out on the old website.

No. That's the dream but not at all. Mine was WAC18194 and was approved before a good number of people in the WAC18185 range.

Yeah for us it was the opposite.

New site has never worked, still doesn't even having the green card it says case received.

Old site went from saying case not found to "new card in production" and then was correct from there on out.

I am currently trying to put all the docs together for my RFE. Essentially they need more proof of shared financials and stuff.

Hence, one of the documents I wanted to send over is my 401K stating that my husband is my beneficiary. However, I am wondering about the wording in the letter:

 

This letter confirms that, as of the date of this letter, Jasmina S. has not designated a beneficiary for her 401(k) account in the XY 401(k) Plan. In the absence of an affirmative beneficiary designation for a participant who is married, the beneficiary is the participant’s spouse. In the absence of an affirmative beneficiary designation for a participant who is not married, the participant’s 401(k) account will be paid in the following order of priority: 1. Participant’s children, equally; 2. Participant’s surviving parents, equally; or 3. Participant’s estate.

 

I am not sure this is useful? I have my husband as the beneficiary but this is all they write. I can't even put his name in anywhere. Does it make sense to send this over, or should I skip it?

Does your statement show your beneficiary? My quarterly statements show my husband as my 401k beneficiary. If you've got something similar, I think that would be more helpful than the wording in this letter.
