Congrats! This means we are not having an interview for ROC?

Received by California ofis : August 6, 2018

NOA1 date : August 29, 2018

I just checked April fillers, still few of them only getting approved but things are moving this month, hopefully we will hear soon i am WAC181925xxx didn't hear back since February when they told me they are reusiing my bio

It's case by case. But with the new procedure that started November 1st they are going by our evidence and hopefully fewer interviews.

Some news on our case today. We received notice that our case was transferred to the Potomac Service Center. I hope that this is good news and that we will be approved soon. We were a Vermont Filer.

Yea VSC seems to be lacking behind... I see there's been one approval from VSC in the February 2018 thread 😕 We're not far behind though! Positive thoughts!

Hmm I don’t know if this is good or not.... the “We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you”. Anyway, I received the message below, did anyone else get something like this:      

Fingerprint Review Was Completed

As of March 29, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC182XXXXXX, at our location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Timeline:

June 7th- Interview

Result- Approved but missing original birth certificate

June 7th- Mailed original birth certificate

June 8th- Offsite facility received original birth certificate

June 13th- Consulate received original birth certificate

June 29th- Requested for passport to travel

July 8th- Received passport

July 8th- (didnt need passport anymore) mailed it back to consulate

July 9th- Offsite facility received passport

July 13th- Consulate received passport

July 14th- Sent emails to inquire about case, was told to give them an additional 8 weeks from JULY 13th to process my visa :ranting: , immediately involved Congressman AND our Attorney sent letters mid-july/end of august

August 9th- Issued

August 10th- Received tracking number at 2pm

August 11th- Received Passport at 11am(Markham, ON)/Crossed border. at 7pm (Pearson Airport Toronto)

August 16th- Went to Social Security office, was told my card was mailed out August 15th and I was able to jot the SSN down (needed for work)

(For SSN, when i was completing the DOS-260, I requested for them to have my SSN processed)

August 25th- SSN came in the mail :D

October 16th, RECEIVED GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL.

You just redid your biometrics? It's the same notification I got in July after redoing mine. It's a standard message following biometrics 😊

Thanks for the update. It’s good to know some VSC files are moving. Filed April but got my NOA around May so I’m following both april and may filers. No news yet also from my end from VSC. Goodluck!
