OMG just sent the same message, mine was dated 02/22 also, idk how long now we have to wait after biometrics. hopefully soon

I really think/hope that they will process our files in the next days/weeks. They are touching them now and that's a great advance after all this waiting and backlog.

Guess they haven't touched mine yet. Hope to hear some good news soon!

Same with me, although I already did my biometrics last July!

Mine hasn't been updated ever since it was received - not sure if it's a glitch or if i should contact them for an update??

I would be cautious. They did a mass send out of these notices. It doesn’t look like these were done individually but all at once through a push of a computer button.

it should still be another couple of months for us.

Hello,

I’ve been out of the loop for a while. Is there a new USCIS website you use for checking the status of your application?

AOS

  • Package sent on 2/17/16
  • Package was delivered to Chicago lockbox 2/19/16 (day 1)
  • NOA received in email 2/29/16 (day 10)
  • Checks cashed 3/7/16 (day 17)
  • Bio metrics 5/9/16 (late appointment as a result of "technical difficulties" in USCIS system in filing my documents ) (day 81)
  • Interview notice sent via text on 6/30/16. (day 133)
  • Interview date : 8/1/16 (day 194) Approved! :dancing:
  • Status changed to "New card is being produced" (day 195) : 8/2/16
  • Status changed to "Card was mailed to you" (day 198): 8/5/16
  • Got the card in mail (day 203): 8/10/16 :luv:

I saw the same update on 2/28/2019. However, instead of saying “at our California Service Center location”, mine just says “at our location”. I wonder if this means might get transferred elsewhere.

I also just checked the mail and received my physical letter for the biometrics reuse. It arrived faster than I expected!

NOA Received by Mail: April 7, 2016

I just went to the mailbox to collect junk mails, however, to my surprise, I received the biometrics notice from USCIS and they'll reuse it. Notice date is 2/22/2019. One thing I feel like to share is that even tho I got the notice, when I came back and checked online status on both USCIS sites, it didn't change at all. Old one is still "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case" while the new one is "Case Was Received" from last June.

But OMG finally got some updates since the extension letter!!!
