We went last week for biometrics in the Pittsburgh office, very nice people, made it quick and easy.  Take everything relevant with you, they asked for our NOA letter (which we had with us), the lady commented that a lot of people forget to bring it.  I also mentioned to her the new 18-month extension letters coming out, and we just have the 12-month, they didn't even know there were 18-month letters being issued.  I said you will be seeing them soon!

By NOA letter, you just mean the biometrics letter appointment, right? Or are you talking about the actual NOA letter with the extension?

They actually wanted our NOA letter showing the 12 month extension. Different offices may want different documents, but I would carry it along anyway.

Hmm okkies, I guess I'll take mine tomorrow as well just in case. But I hope people who don't take it don't get turned away since the bio letter only asks to bring the appointment letter and state issued ID/passport.

Thanks!

They may not ask for it at your office, but they did at ours. All in all, a very painless process, in and out quick. Very friendly people.

I just came back from biometrics @ the Baltimore office.

My appointment was for 2PM, but I went in around 12:30 and got my picture taken right away.

They already had my fingerprints in their system, so I was literally in and out in 5 minutes.

They asked to see my appointment letter and green card.

We are almost done with getting together all the evidences, hopefully can send out by next week or the forst week of august. But I have a question, in the I 751 form Part 7 should be fille by me (the conditional resident/my husband the citizen) because in Part 8 it is my husband, the US citizen. In Part 6 neither of us have no disabilities so we will say no in all the boxes. In Part 9 and Part 10 as we are filling we will write N/A. Just making sure so we do no wrong before sending everything. Can anyone tell me should be put evidences in different envelope than the form and then put them in one envelope altogether? As we live inside the US we don’t have to send any passport size pictures right. In the biometric fee it says if conditional residet have to submit biometric fee but if Lawful permanent resident spouse then no biometric fee. I have the CR1 visa should I submit the biometric fee with my application? Please let me know. Thank you.
