Hey Guys! My I-751 has been accepted and my green card is being produced. I just received a letter notifying me of this today, my case was processed by the CSC, they received my original package at 5/

I also got the Feb waiver and then a biometrics appt letter.  Did my code 5 fingerprints done last week. Two days later got a "new card being produced' update. Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure we will receive an updated i-797, they say they will issue "NEW" forms to those whose case were pending as June 11 which means that all those from June 11 will receive the updated i-79

If someone could update me on the chart, that would be awesome -- I got my biometrics appt letter over the weekend (VSC).

 

Bio letter received: 6/16

Bio appt scheduled for: 6/29

 

Glad that things are moving for many of us!

Hi everyone, 

I got my NOA in the mail today - notice date 6/13; 18 month extension. 

 

It seems like VSC is picking up the pace - I resent my package on 6/2, delivered 6/4, cash checked 6/15, NOA mailed 6/18. 

 

When I originally sent it 5/2, it took them until 5/29 to actually review the package.

Surprisingly Received my NOA today

 

Packet received (csc) : 5/30

NOA date: 6/15

NOA received : 6/18

 

they haven’t cashed my check yet though 

March 17th, 2016: Filled i130, i485, i765

March 18th,2016: Delivered USCIS Chicago

March 23rd,2016: Received 3 text/email with receipt #

March 24th,2016: checks cashed

Didn't receive NOA hard copy receipts in mail(not a problem,if you receive text or email)

April 8th,2016: received bio metrics for i-485 and i-765

April 14th,2016: Early walk in for bio-metrics Appointment (actual date was 18th april)

May 2nd, 2016: Received RFE for Joint Sponsor

May24th, 2016: Sent RFE back to USCIS

May 27th,2016: RFE received by USCIS

June 3rd, 2016: Request to Expedite EAD

June 6th,2016: EAD Approved

June 15th,2016: EAD received in mail

June 15th, 2016: Case status changed for i-485( case is ready to schedule to schedule for a interview)

June 23rd, 2016: Interview is scheduled for August 1st,2016.

August 1st, 2016: Got approved on GC interview

Auugust 1st 2016: case status changed for i-485 (case approved & we send you card to production)

August 4th, 2016: status changed "Card mailed to me"

We received our NOA1 today, 6/18 that was dated 6/14. We got an 18-month extension. Our check was cashed today.  This is through the CSC.

 

We originally mailed our paperwork off on 5/23 and they received it 5/25.

 

If someone could please add us to the list.  I don't have IE to do it myself.
