This may be a minor cause but not a hidden big cause. I-751s and immigration court judgements case pending are two completely different things and I believe are not handled at VSC and CSC. None of us are in line for court because we filed a I-751.

 

while there was a big delay, it looks like it’s going back under 30 days until NOA which really isn’t that bad.

 

It had creeped up to 45 days but again it’s going down.

 

there were two parts at play. VSC transfered some ROC applications to CSC to help lessen their load. At the same time H1B visas were due and had to be in by the end of March. This caused a massive amount of transfered ROCs AND H1Bs to hit CSC at the same time. The delay happened at this time, all processing stopped on April 16th for a couple of weeks.

 

they have also said they are trying a new entry program for applications, I’m unsure if that’s CSC only but it may be because VSC wasnt affected.

My NOA came in mail today!! (I'm sooooo relieved because my green card expired on 6/11.)
NOA date: 6/11/2018
NOA Received date: 6/15/2018

And resident status is extended for 18 months. Once again, please help to update the form for me. Thank you very much!

Personally I believe so, as USCIS announce on their website "Additionally, we will issue new Form I-797 receipt notices to eligible conditional permanent residents whose Form I-751 or I-829 was still pending as of June 11, 2018." But no one can say for sure at the moment. Hopefully we will see those who with 1 year extension letters updating exciting news soon.

I intend to send my I-751 Package next week. Still working on the checklist to complete the package. See list below:

 

Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

•  Copies of Permanent Resident card (front & back).

• Copies of our government issued ID (State and Driver’s License)

• Copy of our joint Bank statements

• Copy of our 2017 joint US tax return.

• Copy of tenancy lease.

•  

  Copy of our joint car insurance policy from Geico.

• Copy of our Marriage Certificate.

• Copies of our son's Birth and Christening certifications.

• Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy.

• Copy of our BJ’s Club cards on a joint account.

• Copies of our airline and accommodations reservations of vacations/trips taken over the years.

• Two sworn letters of support by friends (U.S. citizen)

• Photos of us and various family members and friends over the years

My wife has struggles with several chronic medical situations even before we got married in 2015 and in/out of work over the years.

NEED SOME ADVISED OR GUIDANCE HERE!!!
