Hey Guys! My I-751 has been accepted and my green card is being produced. I just received a letter notifying me of this today, my case was processed by the CSC, they received my original package at 5/

I also got the Feb waiver and then a biometrics appt letter.  Did my code 5 fingerprints done last week. Two days later got a "new card being produced' update. Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure we will receive an updated i-797, they say they will issue "NEW" forms to those whose case were pending as June 11 which means that all those from June 11 will receive the updated i-79

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get NOA? My GC will expire in 8/1.

March 17th, 2016: Filled i130, i485, i765

March 18th,2016: Delivered USCIS Chicago

March 23rd,2016: Received 3 text/email with receipt #

March 24th,2016: checks cashed

Didn't receive NOA hard copy receipts in mail(not a problem,if you receive text or email)

April 8th,2016: received bio metrics for i-485 and i-765

April 14th,2016: Early walk in for bio-metrics Appointment (actual date was 18th april)

May 2nd, 2016: Received RFE for Joint Sponsor

May24th, 2016: Sent RFE back to USCIS

May 27th,2016: RFE received by USCIS

June 3rd, 2016: Request to Expedite EAD

June 6th,2016: EAD Approved

June 15th,2016: EAD received in mail

June 15th, 2016: Case status changed for i-485( case is ready to schedule to schedule for a interview)

It looks like it's currently about 3 weeks from them receiving the packet until your check is cashed and/or your NOA1 arrives, at least for Vermont Service Center

Hi everyone! Can I join this party? It's already June and my green card expires on June 21st and I'm a little anxious coz check wasn't cashed yet nor did I received any NOA. I sent my application (CSC) on May 11 and was received on May 12. Feels like forever! :wacko:

CSC is taking about 45 days. You’ll hear back from them most likely around June 26th.

 

nothing bad happens if you don’t get your NOA by then. Just don’t look for another job or try to fly until you get your NOA.

 

so far they are processing around April 17-20th.

 

ive just been watching the April thread, it’s easier to track that way until they get to May applications.

Hello everyone, 

I sent i751 through mail on April 9th( it's been received on April 11th) and I didn't hear on any way from USCIS for almost 2 months.  I called couple times and they just told me that they need up to 60days to process it and they didn't want to say anything else.  I was worried that my package was lost.  My check wasn't cashed out. So after 55 days I'm getting letter and 1 year extension of status and it says that really April 11th was date when they received package. Just wanted to share if someone is in the same situation so not to be worried like I was whole time.

07/11/2018 - Scheduled Bio Appointment Date

08/13/2018 - 18 months NOA received, dated 8/6/18

08/22/2018 - GC Expires

05/23/2019 - New Card is being produced! (11 months 1 week 3 days since receipt date)

05/30/2019 - Card Was Delivered

05/24/2019 - Earliest Accepted Filing Date for N-400.

08/30/2022 - Filed N-400 online, eligibility basis = GC holder > 5 years.

Hi guys, 

I"m planning on going to the social security office tomorrow to have them remove the restriction on the card. "valid for work with DHS authorization"

 

Do you think they'll remove the restriction even with my GC expiring on the 30th? I had to resend my I-751 for using an expired form, scheduled to be delivered today. Cutting it a little close.
