I would not get my hopes to high on that as they still have not even touched the ones from april... we all are still waiting even for our checks to be cashed... They recieved mine on april 6th, and nothing happend until today.

Yes, I know how California has been lately but at this point there is no other choice but to have hopes and be positive. Either a NOA1 or seeing my check cashed would make me happy.

It's vermont as well. Absolutely no checks cashed for a month which means no NOAs, it's very frustrating.

Mine was sign for by Zuchowski as well on April 16th. Nothing has happened since...No NOAs, no money going out our account yet

Two questions: did any of you sit down with a calendar and actually count backwards 90 days? Or did you all just submit around 3 months prior to expiration?

Secondly, I'm wondering about alborosie8090 wrote above. Did you mean that they suggested you go ahead now and file for citizenship, or just in general to file for citizenship, rather than not? I'm not exactly sure what you mean.

I counted to get the exact date.

 

No, they did not suggest filing now for citizenship - they suggested filing it, if that’s our ultimate goal, as soon as we are eligible, because even though we can’t apply for that until next year, that will likely be faster than when we get approval for 10 year green card. If you read through you will see a lot of filers from last year got their conditions removed same time as citizenship. Does that make sense?

Out of curiosity, when does the 1 year extension come? After the NOA1 or biometrics? Or is it something we'd have to do an infopass on after noa1?

We're sending ours out this week, sadly leaving only a month and a couple of weeks until GC expiration.

Nix on the last question, I learned the NOA is the extension letter.

I asked this in April filers, but I'll throw it here too.

"My husbands GC Expires on June 27th, and obviously we don't want him not having a job when his GC expires.

We're mailing out ROC this week with AMPLE proof, so I'm wondering if I track the package, and it clearly makes it to USCIS, Can we make an info pass appointment and get a I-551 stamp in his passport to have until the NOA/Extension letter comes?

I'd rather jump ahead on this then wait, ESPECIALLY since nothings really moved since the second week of April."

 Not sure if they would give you a pass until it’s pretty clear you aren’t getting the extension letter timely. If you just filed, I would give a week or two. If you haven’t heard anything (no check cashed or signs of movement) I would likely make sure you have an appointment PRIOR to the expiry.

How many months of  bank statement  should i submit as a proof of financial evidence that me and my wife sharing the same checking account  - should i  submit for  all three years  - 2016, 2017,  2018 ( Up till now ) 

 

How many months of Utility bill -should i submit for  all three years  - 2016, 2017,  2018 ( Up till now )
