Hey Guys! My I-751 has been accepted and my green card is being produced. I just received a letter notifying me of this today, my case was processed by the CSC, they received my original package at 5/

I also got the Feb waiver and then a biometrics appt letter.  Did my code 5 fingerprints done last week. Two days later got a "new card being produced' update. Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure we will receive an updated i-797, they say they will issue "NEW" forms to those whose case were pending as June 11 which means that all those from June 11 will receive the updated i-79

Hey Guys, 

I need help, as I"m REALLY confused. 

So, VCS returned my I-751 Package. 

I got a NOA saying:

The above application and its supporting documents are attached. Your application has not been examined for legal sufficiency and/or required documentation. 

The revision date can no longer be accepted. Please fill out a new form and resubmit your application with proper fee and supporting documentation. 

 

I'm confused. I gave all the evidence I have, which is a LOT. Check was correct with fee amount and payable made to etc etc. I'm a little annoyed...

Why do I need to resubmit? It was sent well within the 90 day window.

I think it means the I751 form you used had expired. 

 

Check the edition date on the bottom of your form, it should be 12/05/2017. 

 

If yours is older than 12/05/2017, you need to download it from uscis website, refill it and send it out again.

Yeah, they received mine on 5/4, and the NOA has a date of 5/29, got returned to me in the mail today. 

So if I resend mine by Monday...I guess I'll be cutting it really close seeing that my GC expires 6/30.

Hi can I be added to the list? Filed with CSC sent out 5/2, delivered 5/4, no cashed check, and no NOA. Had an info pass appointment on the 24th and the officer told us that they haven't even processed our application yet.

 

What on earth is going on over in California?? I saw on a couple websites that there were delays for technical reasons? Seriously? This is so frustrating. I was going into this thinking that it was 1-2 weeks to get the receipt and if not you can get the i551 stamp...well you can't get the stamp if they haven't even started. My husband's green card is now expired and he is not allowed to work.
