Hey Guys! My I-751 has been accepted and my green card is being produced. I just received a letter notifying me of this today, my case was processed by the CSC, they received my original package at 5/

I also got the Feb waiver and then a biometrics appt letter.  Did my code 5 fingerprints done last week. Two days later got a "new card being produced' update. Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure we will receive an updated i-797, they say they will issue "NEW" forms to those whose case were pending as June 11 which means that all those from June 11 will receive the updated i-79

I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting nervous about check cashing until after 30 days for VSJ and 45-60 days for CSC.

 

they do not cash the checks when they receive the packages, they cash the checks when they process it,  which happens anywhere between 30-60 days after recieving.

Received our NOA1 today. It was mailed out on the 25th, and it was backdated for the 7th (even though they received it on the 4th).

In checking with our bank though, there is no evidence the funds have actually be withdrawn. Whatever floats their boat I guess. :P

Anyone know the process for address changes? I never updated my address when I moved 15 months ago, probably still has my wifes parents address. I mailed in my i751 package last week and it has my new address on it. Is that good enough ?
