Thanks, Tootak!

We had asked our congressman to help with our I-751 case after waiting several months. Their office took a few weeks to get us an update from USCIS.  Hope your congressman's office is able to help you soon! Good luck again.

Hello guys, my initial documents were recieved on 05/07/2018 at California Service Center... so far no word from them except fingerprints in July 2019, anybody in the same boat? I saw that they reduced processing time for CA center up to 20.5 months...so I am already over that time frame...I don’t know what to do

Srdan, try contacting your local congressman for help with this matter.

We asked our local congressman for help in our petition, and we got status updates from USCIS through the congressman's office three times before our case got adjudicated. Good luck with your petition.

My lawyer complained in writting today regarding the case, they issues automatic reply that we will hear from them in the next 45 days...if anybody from here were doing the same at some point I would like to hear the experience and what i can expect now? Will the be mad or something because we are impatient?

Does anyone know how long would it take to get a decision/letter after i751 interview.  I filed i751 on May 2018 and interview was on March 4th 2020 and interview didn't ask anything other than verifying the details on application and our addresses. She told is fine with what she have and doesn't need any additional proof and only thing is security check which she will do in the afternoon.

I spoke to USCIS customer care now and they created a Service request and which will take 30days to get an answer.

Does anyone know approximately how long would it take to get a reply after interview.

Happy to report that my i751 and N400 are finally accepted. As I had applied for citizenship, I won’t get a new green card. Now waiting for the oath ceremonies (although no one knows how/if this will be happening given the circumstances)

stay safe friends.

We applied for i-751 on May 2018 at Vermont Service Center.  And finished biometric appointment and received a 18-month extension letter later that year

Then received a notice saying our case was transferred Potomac Service Center on March 2019.

On March 24 ,2020, we mailed the supplementary evidence required by the USCIS and they confirmed on April 1st.

However, we havent't get any response from USCIS until now, wondering if anyone has the same problem and experience similar to us and happy to share your thoughts.

Hope to receive any reply from you guys , very aprreciated!

Hi Wang

I am in the same boat. After filing in May 2018,  I received a RFE May 2019 and did my biometrics in July 2018. I sent in the evidence for the RFE in August 2019. (Two days after the deadline - I was waiting in joint retirement and the most recent tax documentation.)

In September 15th, I received notice that my case was transferred to the MO National Benefits Center. I haven't heard anything yet. I requested an Infopass appointment and received a year extended in November 2019.

The year extension is almost up and I haven't heard anything. I just submitted a "Outside normal processing time " request today and I haven't contacted my Congressperson.

Anyone have any insight on how this process is going?
