@Malauriea. My case is normal case filling jointly. No complication, no divorce, never filled N400.

Did you try to contact them? Did you file a out of processing time inquiry? Did you get your biometric done?

@Malauriea I have done all of the above. The usual answer is “your case is within the processing time” . CSC processing time is now 22.5 months and im about 21 months of waiting now. The bad thing is they keep increasing the processing time every 2 weeks. For example, 2 weeks ago the processing time was 21.5 months and now it has increased to 22.5 months.I have contacted my congressman but I don’t know if he will be able to help . They might give him the same generic normal processing time answer. I really don’t know what else to do . I can’t file for N400 because it takes 19.5 months to complete where i live, that would be 22.5+ 19.5 months of waiting. Any suggestions?

I filed N400 the moment I became eligible. Normal processing here in AZ is around 14mos. But I guess because of my pending ROC I was surprised to get a combo interview scheduled for December - only 7mos into my N400 application. So I say if you are ready you should go for it!

Yes @Hopegrace. I think you should file for citizenship. It's the only way to get your i751 file shaken up. When you file for citizenship, they'll have to adjudicate your removal application too. And even if it takes time, it's better to start the process now than later.

Also, when you sent your i751, did you get your biometric data done? Even if it was waived at first place,  you should have received a letter inviting you to get you Fingerprint collect again. Did you do that? When was the last update on your application?

@Malauriea i did biometric on July 16 th 2019. At first they sent a letter saying they didn’t need it but in July they sent another letter saying that they did need it. I had to stamp my passport for another year extension as my extension is expiring in 2 weeks. That s was my latest update. I also contacted my congressman last week but i m waiting for their response. Some people said they don’t really help but im taking a chance with them anyways. I don’t wanna wait another 2 years for citizenship , it takes too long to complete here ( 19.5 months). Thanks

Do you mean you don't want to become an American citizen? I'm not sure to understand the citizenship issue.

Are you waiting to move in a different state to file for citizenship? But from now to  the time you move out (if that the case), you'd already waist few couple of months. Plus you don't know when they'll approve your i751. So you might as well put that time in your N400 application now.

But I definitely understand your point to wait 2 to 3 extra months to be done with your i751.

Hello guys, I have particular question for some of experienced members...I recently changed my address within the same city, and got letters from them confirming the address change, now what is interesting I got letter from Texas even though my case is WAC(California service center) saying that they transferred the request for address change to the office of jurisdiction and stated it’s Orlando Field office...now my question is, does this mean that my case is transferred from CSC to Orlando field office(I didn’t file N400 and I divorced last February)? And another question does that mean for sure I am getting an interview? Thank you for answers in advance

I’ve called them , a man asked me what’s the expiration’ date of my GC , then he said I’m eligible to get stamp since it was month before my extension’ 18 months expires !4 or 5 days later they called me & set up a date at my local office to stamp my passport which I did so

Hello, I had my i751 and N400 combo interview on Nov 27th. My N400 was not approved on site, because they have to do my background check for i751 prior. On Nov 28th, my N400 case was updated to "Case was submitted for quality review based on an approval recommendation" on the old website, but on the new website(myuscis), my N4OO says" we approved your application" dated Nov 27th, but still with the estimated wait time 3 months. As for my i751 which was approved on Nov 29th. Does anyone have similar experience? how long will the "quality review" take before the oath ceremony can be scheduled? thanks!

Looks like i might get an interview as the service rep told that my application got transferred to local office (Online Status still at fingerprint since 2018).

i751 May 2018 Vermont filer(Normal application submitted with loads of supporting documents)  - did not file N400 yet. Does someone know if there is any topic page which shares interview experiences. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
