Dear all,

As of today, my N400 case (filed in may 2019 under 3 year rule) status has been changed to testing and interview. I am waiting for the mail to confirm the interview date. However, my i751 (filed in May 2018, transferred to NBC in June 2019) is still pending. Is there anything I can do to make sure I will have the combo interview?

any advice would be much appreciated!

Thank you!!!

Eli

I'm on the same boat as you! Finally got N400 scheduled for interview, but as far as I know my I-751 is still in NBC? I would hate to show up to the N400 interview and them not being able to process them together.

insight appreciated from anyone that's gone through it.

Hi!

Need some advice on the way forward.

After filing in May 2018,  I did my biometrics in July 2018 and received a RFE May 2019. I sent in the evidence for the RFE in August 2019. (Two days after the deadline - I was waiting in joint retirement and the most recent tax documentation.) In September 15th, I received notice that my case was transferred to the MO National Benefits Center. I haven't heard anything yet.

Can anyone give any guidance on what will happen next? Is there a timeframe for a response from MO NBC? Will I have to re-do my biometrics?

My 18 month extension letter is up on November 2019. Will I be able to get an extension to travel?

Hope someone to help provide some guidance on my case.

So after 26 days of RFE received status, got a new update, “case was transferred to schedule an Interview “ on the app but on the website it shows “On September 12, 2019, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC1*, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. Anyone else have same situation?

I'm in the same boat. I sent in my RFE in August 2019 and my case  was transferred to MO NBC in September 2019. It's been about a month and I haven't heard from this USCIS office about my case. Have you received any updates?

@malico89Interestingly, even though I got a letter from USCIS saying my case has been transferred to NBC, but when I called USCIS to check on the case status, it says my case has been transferred to Laguna Niguel, California. Did your N400 interview NOA say anything about i751?

Still waiting on the NOA letter, I've only seen the notification about interview on the online portal. Hopefully that will shed some light on the I751.

96 DAYS AND STILL COUNTING since fingerprints, originally they recieved package on 05/05/2018...no rfe, no interview notice and no green card...meanwhile prople who filed end of 2018 are getting approved...where is the logic? Where is any kind of order how we wait? How is this fair?

Hi all,

Our file is still on the "fingerprint review completed" since July 11 2018. We asked our congressman to contact the USCIS on our behalf about our file status. We got a reply from them today after the congressman's enquiry. " VSC is currently processing Forms 1-751 filed on or before March 18 2018."  VSC's processing time for I-751 is ranging from 13.5 -20 months.

Thought this might help someone who filed along with us, and is still waiting.

Mine is also stuck at same status since July 6th 2018 at VSC.

Hope we get our 10 year green cards soon!

Praying for that. Can i ask you the same question i had been asking many guys here. Have you filed AR11(address change) while your i751 was pending. I'm still wondering if that could have caused the delayed..

No, we have been at our same address since filing.
