I checked the status this morning and it changed to New Card Is Being Produced. So happy!!!! I'm CSC and case number is WAC18193XXXXX. No REF, no case transfer.

 

I-751 was delivered 5/7/18. But under case history, it shows as 6/7/18 case received, 2/28/19 fingerprint review complete, 8/13/19 new card being produced.

 

I received both 12 months and 18 months extension letter, a letter for reusing bio, and then a letter for fingerprint appointment on 5/20. It took them 3 months to approve my case after the fingerprint is done, and neither the old or new site shows fingerprint done on 5/20. I was really worried since most people got case approved within a month after fingerprint is done. Now it's all over! Good luck everyone!

 

 

Congrats! It give me some hope as well .. WAC182145XXXXX ...I am June 2018 filer, and its been more than 2 months that I completed my fingerprints on june 5th. Still waiting

Hey Guys! My I-751 has been accepted and my green card is being produced. I just received a letter notifying me of this today, my case was processed by the CSC, they received my original package at 5/

I also got the Feb waiver and then a biometrics appt letter.  Did my code 5 fingerprints done last week. Two days later got a "new card being produced' update. Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure we will receive an updated i-797, they say they will issue "NEW" forms to those whose case were pending as June 11 which means that all those from June 11 will receive the updated i-79

Same here! Fingerprint review was completed since July 2018.  I got a weird estimated date email from visa journey 🤔😐

Question: Silly me, missed the deadline to submit my request for evidence by two days. Can anyone give me a best case scenario and worst case scenario?

I have sent mine too. They received it on July 23rd, since then no updates yet. 😕 It's said we can contact them if no news within 2 months.

Lol, that's funny! I don't think that is accurate at all, you should get it in 2019. Mine says "Any day now!".

I did send RFE though, so might be longer.

Hi everyone, 

Does anyone know what happens in situation when they transfer your case to your local office?

I know we will for sure have an interview. I wonder if anyone was in same situation and how long took them to schedule one after getting notification of transfer or any other example that can help understanding everything more better? Thank you in advance.

Finally got an update on my case. New Card is Being Proceduced on 8/20. Case Approved on 8/21. I filed my app on 5/1/2018, and status was "Case received on 6/5/18" forever until now in new USCIS account. Case was processed in CA service center the whole time. Biometrics done on 5/20.

Quick question. Send my RFE response back on august 6th, which updated on the app that the received my RFE response but no update after that. Does anyone know how long it takes normally? 

And when i go the actual website and use my case number it dont return any info for last 3-4 days, does anyone have same issues?

March 17th, 2016: Filled i130, i485, i765

March 18th,2016: Delivered USCIS Chicago

March 23rd,2016: Received 3 text/email with receipt #

March 24th,2016: checks cashed

Didn't receive NOA hard copy receipts in mail(not a problem,if you receive text or email)

April 8th,2016: received bio metrics for i-485 and i-765

April 14th,2016: Early walk in for bio-metrics Appointment (actual date was 18th april)

May 2nd, 2016: Received RFE for Joint Sponsor

May24th, 2016: Sent RFE back to USCIS

May 27th,2016: RFE received by USCIS

June 3rd, 2016: Request to Expedite EAD

June 6th,2016: EAD Approved

June 15th,2016: EAD received in mail

June 15th, 2016: Case status changed for i-485( case is ready to schedule to schedule for a interview)

June 23rd, 2016: Interview is scheduled for August 1st,2016.

August 1st, 2016: Got approved on GC interview

Auugust 1st 2016: case status changed for i-485 (case approved & we send you card to production)

August 4th, 2016: status changed "Card mailed to me"

Hi,

 

They received my RFE on July 23rd and I still don't have any update. I believe it takes up to 2 months. Be patient!

 

My case status online doesn't show anything since yesterday. It just went blank. You are not alone :)
