Got a call-back from a Tier 2 agent, who could see NOTHING in the system, despite the Tier 1 agent telling me otherwise. It is frustrating to get such conflicting information, but I guess all we can do is wait

Hey Guys! My I-751 has been accepted and my green card is being produced. I just received a letter notifying me of this today, my case was processed by the CSC, they received my original package at 5/

I also got the Feb waiver and then a biometrics appt letter.  Did my code 5 fingerprints done last week. Two days later got a "new card being produced' update. Good luck all.

I'm pretty sure we will receive an updated i-797, they say they will issue "NEW" forms to those whose case were pending as June 11 which means that all those from June 11 will receive the updated i-79

Thank you! Don't worry I bet the applications are a bit out of order and as others have reported nothing generally shows up in their systems till the checks are cashed. I sent mine to the P.O Box via USPS. What method did you send your application by? Curious if they have different piles for different shipping methods that causes the disorder...

My NOA is 05/30/2017. And I just went back to check the list we sent and realized we forgot to send marriage certificate!!!

 

Oh my gosh!

Could anyone tell us when we will receive an RFE or will this get rejected?

I sent mine via FedEx overnight to the 24000 Avila Rd. address. It was signed for and received by "MOYA" on May 2nd. I have seen other posters here whose package was accepted by the same person. I agree with you in that they probably do clusters of applications, so the sequence of entries is probably not strictly chronological.

I don't think the marriage certificate is a requirement. I know many people include it, but logically speaking, your original 2 year green card is predicated on the premise that you were legally married, so I don't see how  including that as evidence at this juncture is meaningful in any way.  Evidence of financial and marital co-mingling are probably way more important. In my opinion, this omission will not have any impact.

Don't worry about marriage certificate cause it is not requirement. No one of people who I know didn't send it with allocation and it was fine.
