The one condition that we placed on this kitchen-remodeling project was heeded by Mrs. T-B., no ADD she man.

We have not one, but two, Ikea range-hoods to try, see which is better man.

We insisted on one with Many or Many metal blades and suckage of Many00-to-Many00 cfm, mandatory man.

Maybe this will keep the casa from being up-stunk by Mrs. T-B.'s cilantro-fouled din-din concoctions, free at last man.

Cat is slowly adjusting to new food-bowl location, semiadaptable miu man.

 

We intend to swing by a GS on Fri. morn, considering forecast rain on Sat. morn, keep string alive man.

Unfortunately I have to work.  And I have to work at the front desk.  Which is my least favourite spot to be.

Coconut oil will be better....just a smidgen...but take biotin also.....I use a product called "biosilk" but when my hair is super dry I use coconut oil....

I'm going to start working out again. Just bought some things to help and taking my food allergies and diet much more seriously. I start my detox tomorrow and will be going freaking nuts. So much I'm allergic too and so much I still eat but what it does to me is beyond what I should be putting up with. 

 

I should be on here with some major mood swings soon enough! 

Oh geez....I'm so sorry. I know how allergies go  (kinda.....the only thing I'm allergic to is antihistamines.....as crazy as that is). I am wishing you the very best.....

This kitchen renovation is killing us, dead we man.

Despite dust-minimization, we are coughing like an absolute illegitimate-male-child, lung & short of it man.

And not just at the casa, no man.

At the POTS office, 2 or Many underlings dared approach us to inquire into our welfare, ask they of we man.

We replied (between uncontrollable coughs) that wealthy business typhoons like us need no welfare, self-supporting we man.

Underlings backed out of office in mortified silence, bowing/scraping/genuflecting they man.
