08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Nice young kitchen-deconstructor did his thing today, destroy he man.

Ripped out all cabinetry, all gone man.

All was stacked by driveway in side yard, reminiscent of hurricane debris man.

 

With garbage-day tomorrow, we stuffed as much as possible in our can, surprising amount man.

Then we did the same in vacant contiguous casa's can, double our pleasure double our fun man.

Then we did the same in compliant neighbor's can, Manyple's the charm man.

Much still remains, deconstructor will off-haul it tomorrow man.

 

We were sweating like an illegitimate male child, perspirational we man.

We are also coughing like one, probably inhaled drywall dust again man.

 

We took a thorough shower, highly necessary & restorative man.

We then took a thorough NWC (nap-with-cat), dead-to-the-world we man.

 

Of interest to us is that the casa A/C feels far colder than before, albeit still set on usual Many degrees man.

Wonder why, huh man?
