Mrs. T-B. independently attended the first ES that we went to, search she man.

We pointed out 2 Samsonite suitcases at half-price for Mama-Mrs.-T-B., accommodate senior she man.

Mrs. T-B. bought them and a couple of chica-type apparel items, score she man.

We (we & Mini-B.) took Uncle T-B. to Father's Day lunch on Sat., ingest we Many man.

Went to a steakhouse where Uncle T-B. had never been, trailblaze we man.

Ingested steakburgers, ingest we & wee & senior he man.

Asked Uncle T-B. stories about his days serving aboard tankers/container ships, brainpick senior he man.

Enjoyed it greatly, did we man.

Uncle T-B. also seemed to, enjoy senior he man.

This was time very well spent, conclude we man.

The Saturday laundry has consisted not of 2, but of Many, loads, extra linens confronted by we man.

 

Mrs. T-B. set a record by fouling Many (2x2x2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2x2-2) -- yes, Many (2x2x2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2x2-2) -- old warshcloths that she uses for dishrags, tally and we man. 

 

At least (courtesy of our concerted efforts) she now probably has enough dish-towels so that she won't ruin the guest towels, hope without expectation we man.

 

We shall now venture downstairs to see if the week's worth of towels (Load #Many) has been duly baked, then fold we man.

 

Father's Day shall be the usual pleasant maelstrom of chores + Many laundry loads, husband's work never done no man.

Hillbilly decided 20 oz prime rib was in order. I had chicken alfredo, the Tornado wanted grill cheese, and the Jedi had chicken fingers. Brought there's and mine home, it's just way too much to eat. The Hillbilly managed to eat all of his.

Our Father's Day had us grumpy at first, grrr we man.

On the dark side, we argued with Mrs. T-B. on Sat. night about mow-lawning schedules, argue we with she man.

On the bright side, we got to bed at 2 a.m. rather than the usual half-past Many, extra zzz in theory man.

However, we got insufficient zzz and awoke to a too-early alarm, exhausted we man.

 

Mrs. T-B., about to leave, said to recruit her now to lift mower into T-B.-mobile trunk, order we she man.

Our back and body weren't yet prepared for same, ouch we man.

Mrs. T-B., Mama-Mrs.-T-B., & Mini-B. then left without more than a perfunctory "Happy F.D.," gee whiz man.

Mini-B. was to visit Mama T-B., wee man see senior she man.

Mrs. T-B. was to go to her "jeem," work out she man.

 

Just after they left, Mama T-B. called us, call senior she we man.

She asked what Mrs. T-B. had done for F.D., inquire senior she man.

"Nothing, man," said we to senior she man.

"No cards?  Not taking you to dinner?" inquired senior she man.

"Zero, zilch, nada, nothing, man," said we to senior she man.

"Hmmmph," said Mama T-B., hmmmph senior she man.

 

Managed to gather the rest of the yard materials & go to the r-casa, beat the forecast heavy rain man.

Finished but were sweating like an illegitimate male child, insufficient sweatbandery man.

Lopped some superfluous growth and curbsided it, landscape we man.

Neighbor helped us reload mower into trunk, serendipitous man.

 

Returned mower to casa, sweat we man.

Loaded heavy construction detritus et al. to take to r-casa for bulk-trash day on Mon., load we man.

Began to sprinkle rain while we were there, precursor to forecast storms man.

Retrieved ladder & chair from garage, finally return these to casa man.

Once at casa, considered issue and decided to return a Many'rd time, plan we man.

 

At casa, loaded hand-cart, cart we man.

Returned to r-casa for the Many'rd time, down to a science by now man.

Managed to curbside old warshdisher and old mirror, managerial we man.

Returned to casa, last trip after nearly Many hours of work man.

Not one Manymeter of us was not sweating, drenched we man.

 

Showered, Clean for Gene we man.

As we off-dried, the skies opened, thunderboomer gullywarsher man.

Although pleased that the timing had worked out, we were exhausted man.

 

Began laundry at 1 p.m., not a propitious starting-time man.

Everyone returned soon thereafter, return she/senior she/wee man.

Mrs. T-B. rather apologetically said, "We have a surprise planned at Many p.m.," say she man.

"You know that we hate surprises, so what is it, huh man?" asked we of she man.

"A little something here, after your nap," said Mrs. T-B., say she to we man.

 

Laundry load #1 baked as LL #2 warshered, and we napped, zzz we man.

Planned 1.Many-hour nap lasted 2 hours, needed even more man.

 

Meanwhile, Mrs. T-B. & Mama-Mrs.-T-B. had gone out and were cooking din-din, cook they man.

They brought a supermarket roasted chicken* and sides, acceptable to we anytime man.

 

*Ontarklar don't read, no read D ma'am

 

Mini-B. gave us F.D. cards obviously hastily bought at dollar store at last minute, better late than never man.

Ecus fed us, ingest we man.

Lemon cake for dessert, ingest we man.

Felt better after that, better-feel we man.

 

Mama T-B. probably read Mrs. T-B. the riot act, conclude we man.

And LL #Many (2+2) has probably just finished baking, end of Sunday chores we man.

Except for the extra r-casa trips, this was pretty much a normal Sunday, si and sigh DE ma'am.

 

We had half a cup of Ecu coffee a couple of hours ago, DE ma'am, wide-awake if not jittery we man.

It helped awaken our bloodstream, jitter jitter jitter jitter jitter we man.

However, our body is another story, still need zzz we man.

We are completely enraged all over again and want to rip some heads off, grrr we man.
