07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

We made the savory-yet-unwise error of hijacking this Many-unit ([2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2]-unit) box for computerside snacking, slurrrrrrrrrp-yet-sigh we man.

 

At latest estimate, we have ingested at least half, or Many, of said box, better return it downstairs now we man.

The Ecu co. above has a U.S. distributor in NuhJoisey, si man.

However, they don't seem to carry the Many-bar box of Manichos, sigh man.

We have written to them about something else that Mrs. T-B. likes, await response we man.

We got Toby Keith* tickets as this year's anniversary present to ourselves.  We don't usually make a big fuss over anniversaries and such.  I did, however, get him his Father's Day gift weeks ago and had the older one help me clean out his truck this past weekend.

 

*The Dane is still butthurt that I took the 9 year old to the rock concert instead of him.
