Dog is doing very well after his surgery.  FWIW at least I am trying to keep my dog quiet.  Just because he wants to run around like a crazy person doesn't mean he should.  Hubs has never had surgery and doesn't get that there is muscle, subcutaneous fat, plus skin trying to heal.  

 

My first meeting as a possible CSR lead is tomorrow.  FML. Already had arguments from people about things.  Someone lied to me.  More angry about that than the constant babysitting (if you're at work, then.. WORK!) I don't want attitude.  No one does.  If you cant be pleasant and professional  then leave.  Gimme solutions with your problems.  I'm not above it all either.  I'm scrubbing floors and doors.  I'm getting crapped on by clients too.  I get frazzled. And I won't let someone put them down if they're working hard and trying their best! But ya gotta let me stand up FOR you! 

Example:

This one girl says, hey this cabinet is dirty. I'm like so clean it? She's like but that's work! I'm all, so you're here at this place, called work.  Just sayin! ( Smh. ) I cant bat for you if you aren't even trying. 

 

Can't sleep due to worry.  Sigh....

You're doing better than my MIL then. She's had no offers on her 'hot property' at all. It's been on the market for over three months. She was so convinced that it would sell the minute it hit the market.

I have a look at her listing now and then, and today it shows Off The Market. Heaven knows what she's up to, whether it had a time frame on the listing, or if she's got annoyed the agent couldn't move it. I hope to heaven she doesn't think she's going back there on her own.

Yesterday was my older one’s last day too. Now for the more than 3 months of summer vacation. Yippee? Today was already rough.

Casa next door to ours has been listed twice for 2 years each, with a year off inbetwixt, egad man.

Owner spent a fortune lipsticking a pig by updating the interior/replacing the roof, oink man.

Didn't confront the inch-wide gap running through the ceiling, fundamental foundation problem man.

Any repairs will mandate replacing all the tile flooring, probably countertops, & maybe roof,  man.

Meanwhile, no mortgage officer will give a loan for a casa with foundation issues, no man.

The place is a teardown, good grief man.

Meanwhile, we get to enjoy use of casa's garbage bins when needed, has often happened man.

We've always been rather mystified by Mini-B.'s pressing need to be social, almost from toddlerhood man.

We as an only child were quite happy by ourself + any book, introverted wee we man.

Conversely, Mini-B. goes aysheep -- or drives us both aysheep -- when not in someone's company, puzzling man.

He doesn't even understand why his little amigos aren't available on certain holidays, no fathom wee man.

In addition, he has always needed an audience, future Sales Manager wee man.

Mrs. T-B. is quite social but can be alone to chillax, yak yak yak yak yak chillax she man.

Conversely, we could be a happy hermit if not for our drive to sell pre-owned toilet seats, priorities man.

Nice. Spent a week there with Anastasia after a weekend with her family in early May. I know we lucked into unusually good weather (it was 15 C and sunny the whole time in St. Petersburg, though cooler and raining in Kirov), but it was beautiful there.
