I've been making cookies lately with like 1/3 of the called for sugar and they've been turning out great.  I have no idea why I had thought that wouldn't work before.

I do that with my flourless PB cookies I half it and you can't tell a difference.

Sugar is one of the major food groups, sorry to inform all you cheater-ma'ams.

Rant, grrr we man:

 

Countertop guys install sink, agreed-to previously man.

They install it backwards, how stoopid can you be man.

Mrs. T-B. told them at the time, "You have that backwards," warning man.

"No we don't," they said man.

Then, when Ecu handyman showed up to install the disposal & faucets, he couldn't do anything, nada man.

Rant #2, grrr we man:

 

We go to r-casa for first time in a while, see r-casa man.

Some r.e. agent left a light on inside, inconsiderate man.

We go to open door, open sesame man.

Stupid r.e. agent had LOCKED the door, can't read sign to "Please Leave Door UNLOCKED" that WE had put up man.

Only existing key* is ensconced in listing agent's lockbox, no access by we man.

We can't get into our own r-casa, no man!

*Mrs. T-B. didn't make another, have to re-key when leased man

Oh don't get me wrong I love my sugar. Not that HFCS junk though. My flourless PB cookies just don't need a cup of sugar per batch.

Recently I’ve noticed that some of the women I knew growing up (early 30s) are beginning to dress and look really matronly. I haven’t seen anyone my age around here doing this, but these professional ladies are looking a little like 32 going on 52. What gives?

 

Side note: My zany colored hair means that I get to stay 29 forever, mmmk?

A couple was arguing all the time.  The wife asked a friend for a good insult.

Had to rush a little during both halves because of Mother's Day eatfest with Mama T-B., but OK outcome, see the take man:

 

-- Many (2+1) pairs chemical-resistant forearm-length gloves; Many (2+1) serving-spoons = $Many-&-a-half 

       ($2+1+half a buck), steal man

-- pants for Mini-B. = $1, OK man

-- 2 swim-trunks for Mini-B. = $Many ($2+1), deal man

-- Many (2+1) packs party-cups, Many (2+1) packs party-napkins, 2 packs plates = $Many ($2+1), OK man

-- Many (2x2x2+2+1) cans unexpired vegetables/meats; large can black pepper; Many (2+2) packs napkins 

       = $Many ($2x2x2+1), OK man

Total = $Many ($2x2x2x2+2+2 - half a buck)

These Many weeks of being kitchenless have forced Mrs. T-B. to use disposable eatware, finally man.

We hope that this will remain a habit, uncertain about this man.

All these supplies should come in handy during Ecu in-laws' visit, if left up to us man.

The plates & cups have already been manufactured, so no adverse impact on the Environment, no man.
