Appliance Salvadoreño unavailable till Sun., so Mrs. T-B. to recruit Ecu handyman for Sat., install sink he man.

A.S. to install electric cooktop, re-install fridge, & paint ceiling/walls on Sun., original plan man.

However, Mrs. T-B. muttered something about Mon. that we didn't hear, pursue, or want to hear or pursue, no man.

Feels like that around here. These guys turn up just in time to start work at 0630, and they leave at 1900. I thought I might get to work on the stuff I want to store in the shed, but the area between that and the house is a maze of boxes, tools, ladders, and things I cannot identify. I'll have to wait.

I was speaking to my flatmate in NZ, she plans to stay up to watch the royal wedding, which begins at midnight her time. I thought that as I would be up anyway, I might look at some of it, but the crew who are here are talking Saturday off so I will have a lie in, and no way am I going to get up before dawn to watch. I am sure it will replay endlessly for days.   Along the lines of this:

 

Coming up we have a special, exclusive 20-minute profile of Neddy, the 4th horse in the 3rd carriage, but first, after that interview with someone who was at school with Meghan when she was 10 we talk to Brian who was third footman to Prince Charles for 6 months in 2005. So today I'm sitting around and grading ESL recordings... I love when people talk about their home countries.  One of today's topics was about the Chinese Family Violence laws that were  instituted.  

Oh and someone skimmed our credit card again.

So chicken story for today. I guess sometime early this morning a mouse tried to get into their coop. It was not successful. The chickens ate most of him. The rest of him seemed to be stuck on the other side so when I opened the door it fell onto the ramp. The chickens even though they killed the mouse were now terrified of remains of it and would not come out. I had to remove it and then they slowly came out looking to see if it was gone!.

 

 

Tbone as for rooster rental that might be a good business I may need to look into that  

 

Oh and I agree an aggressive rooster goes into the pot. No place for a rooster that attacks humans. There are way too many good roosters out there.

1.  Has always wanted it, but this prompted the doing of it now, si and sigh ma'am.

2.  We can install pre-owned toilet seats in our sleep, worked our way up from the bottom see ma'am.
