Weatherpeople alarmedly predicted nonstop rain all weekend, melodramatic they men.

Rained Maine Coons and St. Bernards here all morning, wet we man.

Seemed to let up slightly about half past 1 p.m., so we went out on an errand, venture we man.

Lightened up even more when we returned at 2 p.m., clearer skies man.

After there dropped a few last Chihuahuas, it didn't rain a drop from Many p.m. through now, How Dry We Are man.

 

We are enjoying the split-earing chorus of South American tree-frogs outside, croak they man.

Got the lawn done, again, before the upcoming week 'O rain sets in. I'm still going to buy paint tomorrow, even if I can't get right at it.

 

Dog seems perkier, although she did give me the stink eye when I approached this morning, sharp pointy thing in hand.  Still eating dinner in spite of my additive. 

 

Anybody in the way of Gordon? Or Florence? Or the one after that?

Rainy day till Many p.m., didn't leave casa man.

Even inside the casa, did precisely zero today, nothing man.

Awoke too early and feeling lousy, should have Heap-Strong-Medicined ourself man.

Didn't help that Mini-B.'s favorite and very loud little amigo was here all day, mom had to work man.

Dragged all day, drag we man.

After debate, Mrs. T-B. agreed to order pizzas, order she man.

Napped-with-cat for ~2 hours afterwards, not restorative man.

What a waste of a day, sigh man.
