The Hillbilly is in Atlanta for the week. 

 

I had an escape chicken. I have this extension area to give them more room to explore and such. Well the extension is not built like Fort Knox like their main coop and run. So I guess a possum got into making a whole in my netting. Well we had to sit outside and watch Cream and wait for her to go out of her escape hole.  We looked it over and found a few spots that could have been it but between the play area and the fence we couldn't see the hole some other critter made. She just casually walked out if it like it was made for her. You can't really see it until you get right to the spot. It's all fixed now. I will get around to making the play ground secure like their main run. That way they can have access to it all the time. 

 

We did explain to Cream that it is a Hawk eat Chicken world out there and she needs to stay in the playground and run to stay safe.

La Colombiana is and always has been a gym rat. I knew that for many years before she immigrated. I was always a runner before, but as soon as she got here I picked up the pace, so to speak. That extra exercise combined with eating in on 80% of my meals (easier to cook for two) caused me to drop 30 pounds in the first 4 months after she immigrated. And my weight hasn't fluctuated a bit since then. No other changes to my diet, btw. Good luck, David.

Funny story; i made the hubs gain weight when I moved here by just making regular meals.  Previously he would eat once or twice a day, or not at all.  Many times it was once a day so he was skinny fat. 

 

We both decided to work out more.  I'm really bored with my program right now though and he doesnt want my premade meals.  Well he can cook for himself then, which means he wont eat.

Only 2 days till D2-ma'am's long-awaited interview in Juarez, hurry up & wait man.

 

Mrs. T-B. & we were strangely exhausted after the shindig last night, out-of-proportion man.

We were still suffering the effects of the lousy hotel food, she more than we man.

 

Fortunately, we had only the minimum Many (2+1) laundry loads today, small miracles mean a lot man.

We did have to go to Dollar General* and Aldi, further exhaust we man.

 

*their clearance stuff was half-off this weekend, bargains man -- we got Mrs. T-B. Many (2+2+1) bottles of her hair-gel for only Many (2x2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2 + 2+2+1) cents each, score we man
