Asia, it is shame you guys didn't come out when we lived around that area and on the train line to NYC too.

 

When the Dane came out to visit once, we stayed in a hotel in Rye near the train station and just took the Metro North into the city.  That is the easiest way to do it and the hotels are cheaper/cleaner.

The Dane's parents are flying into Chicago in a couple of weeks and then the Dane is going there to get his passport renewed.  I'm a little familiar with Chicago as I spent some time at Northwestern during the summers in high school.

`Back from TN. Man the hotel they put you up in now is a place compared to the old dump they used to use. Two nights even.

 

All the appointments went well, neuro has decided the best thing to do is to do nothing at all. We're cool with that. Got done early yesterday, after a good long gab with the team, and we sorted out the appointment issue for the future. He will always go back. They deem him fragile. 

 

The dog survived her incarceration at the vet, practically turned herself inside out she was so happy to see us.

 

Early night for us all.

So, I've been trying to spend about an hour a day listening to Danish or Swedish.  I only wish that several years ago they had had this much streaming content and with native language captions.  I could have been fluent by now.  DR has finally opened up its content worldwide so I don't need a proxy anymore.  

 

Bad news on what was supposed to be my 1 credit easy capstone class in my major: exams on every math class required.  I haven't taken most of those in over a decade.  😧☠️💩
