First day of homeschool went better then I thought. I figured for sure the Tornado would fight me all day long. We were done all lessons in about 3 hours and that was with her being her usual self.

Raining at last. 2.5 inches over the last 24 hours, and looking like more today. Plenty to keep me busy indoors. I am tired of living in a construction site.

A follow up to my legal question a few weeks ago:

 

the notary refused to notarize the legal forms because they had no space for a notary signature, nor did they specify needing one on the form.  The application we did get notarized.

 

After doing some googling, I see that in 2015, Minnesota got rid of notarizing affidavits.  They must not have changed the instruction packet to reflect that.

 

I'm dropping them off tomorrow, so we'll see if they take them.

In Texas, if one wishes one's signature notarized, a good notary is supposed to have a supply of attachable Notary Certification forms to offer to the client, who is to choose one, fortunate man.

 

Never heard of not notarizing a signature on an affidavit, no man.

 

The most basic principle for a notary to remember is that he/she notarizes signatures, not documents, si and no man.

Left office in midst of robust -- oj nie, furious -- POTS sales to attend Meet the Teechur Day at Mini-B.'s skool, leave we man.

 

Mini-B.'s chief teechur not there, daughter giving birth man.

Math/Sci teechur wouldn't give us the time of day*, scientific observation by we man.

Specialty teechurs (art/music/PE) not there, no man.

What the dickens did we go for, then, huh man?

After getting Mini-B.'s little desk stocked/organized, we went to eat Mexican, ingest we man.

The Mexicans were plump and tasty, albeit somewhat spicy, cannibalize we man.

Mrs. T-B. offered to pay and used our credit card, which WE will eventually have to pay, devious she man.

Come Hallowe'en (Oct. Many'th), we will have been married to Mrs. T-B. for Many (2x2x2+2) years,  man.

Mrs. T-B. is making noises about wanting to celebrate, hint strongly she man.

 

We have Many ideas, see here man:

  1.  Divorce her so that she can be with the Rojo, si man

  2.  Divorce her so that we can be with the rubias, si man

Many.  ???

 

We solicit advice on out-fleshing the Many'th idea above, solicit we man.

Same with rocking grand babies to sleep in the middle of the night.. time lapse between comfortable and agony shortens as I get older!

With the Tornado it will be more challenging. When we moved here I ended up homeschooling the older 4 and they did very well. 

The Hillbilly was thinking it wouldn't bee too bad for her as she wouldn't know any different like the older 4. The schools here suck, I'm told if we were in just about any other part of the State it would be better but we are stuck here and I'm done after last year. The school and the Superintendent's lack of action made it clear they do not care about the safety of these kids.

According to the MN Bar:
