We are very sad already, sigh man.

We will certainly throat-lump at the airport, sigh man.

Even harder will be warshing/baking/folding their residual casahold laundry, sigh man.

But they seem to have had a good time, solace man.

Our GS/ES route is itineraried for Saturday, tradition for we man.

We will have to stop at the bank to get Nephew-Mrs.-T-B. a roll of dollar coins, donate we to wee man.

 

Ecu uses U.S. money, see man.

However, they use our dollar coins far more than our dollar bills, can't explain that one man.

Still a bunch of Susan Bs and that Indian chica in circulation down there, reused thoroughly man.

We will try to find an unmixed roll of one President's coins straight from the mint, expect to succeed we man.

The shiny new ones are a big hit down there, conversation pieces man.

T-Bone would be proud of me: I've been selling kids clothes off in lots in our town BST, but I bought my first lot today for less than $10.  It was almost enough to make up a whole wardrobe for that size.

I practiced some softball with hubs today.  I missed a few balls, but I caught most and throw okay.  I also apparently can hit better than in the past.  Last time I had a glove on my hand I was 10.... LOL  I got a ball to the knee which has a nice welt.

Saturday GS/ES report, see and grrrr man:

 

Nothing at several GSs, duds man.

Rant, grrrr man:  Do NOT advertise or hold a GS if all you have is some moldy paperback books, no man!

 

Regarding first ES, to which we drove a long way, rant man:

  1.  Do NOT completely ignore us standing in line while you serve later comers of your own race, grrrr man.

  2.  Do NOT quote us $Many ($2x2x2x2) for Many (2+2) dishrags, rusty scissors, and a fork, grrrr man.

  Many.  Do not say "I not mad at you" when we say "too much" and walk out in disgust, grrrr man.

  Many.  Are you trying to get rich or trying to get rid of your dead relative's junk, huh man?

 

Regarding second ES, to which we drove a long way, rant man:

  1.  Do NOT call a few garbage items in your side yard an "ES," grrrr man.

  2.  ESs are whole-casa ONLY, and if yours isn't, it should be a State Jail felony, grrrr man.

 

The take, anemic man:

-- small salad bowl = half a buck, yawn man

Mrs. T-B. threw another going-away party for the visiting Ecus, social she man.

She soiled every kitchen warshcloth and every rag-on-a-stick floor-towel, clean she man.

Beforehand, we warshered said rags and also dished the warsher, #1 effort at same man.

We had the record number of Many (2x2x2+2+1) -- yes, Many (2x2x2+2+1) -- persons in the casa, record man.

 

There were us, Mrs. T-B., & Mini-B., Many man.

There were Mama-Mrs.-T-B., Papa-Mrs.-T-B., and Nephew-Mrs.-T-B., Many man.

There were Local Ecu Amiga, Mama-LEA, and Son-LEA, Many man.

There was Local Hondureña/Cubana/Americana Amiga, exotic she man.

There was Dominican Amigo/Mentor-Mrs.-T-B., loquacious he man.

Total = Many (2x2x2+2+1), veritably man.

 

Mrs. T-B. & Mama-Mrs.-T-B. prepared quite a spread, inspired she & senior she man.

There was chicken, pork, "potato tortillas," rice, salad, fruit, and flan, spread they man.

We had Many (2+1) platefuls, ingest we man.

Local H/C/AA brought a case of Corona Extra, Mrs. T-B. drank most man.

Mrs. T-B. wisely directed us away from the potato tortillas that had cilantro in them, no divorce yet man.

 

Mentor-Mrs.-T-B. dominated the conversation, expounding he man.

He talked about Gringo-vs.-Spanish-people cultural differences, expound and yak he man.

He talked about Spanish-people-vs.-Spanish-people cultural differences, expound and yak yak he man.

He talked about Western Hemispheric colonization and political history, expound and yak yak yak he man.

 

We were able to get the gist of a goodly portion of the Spanish, intensely heed yakking we man.

Mama-Mrs.-T-B. eventually texted surreptitiously with phone in lap, bored she man.

Papa-Mrs.-T-B. nodded off a couple of times, postprandial zzz he man.

We drank Many (2+1) cups of Ecu coffee to maintain our attention span, almost-zzz we man.

Everyone else got up at various times and disappeared for varying lengths of time, mental breaks man.

This included us, but we found much of the expounding of interest regardless, heed yakking we man.

 

When the scholarly lectures waned, the assemblage performed an in-depth ethnic analysis and concurred that we are both "pan blanco" and "bolillo," gringo we man.

 

Afterwards, Mrs. T-B. & Mama-Mrs.-T-B. hand-warshed some of the bigger serving-dishes, warsh they man.

We dished the warsher again, #2 effort at same man.

It was completely stuffed, no room for cat's bowls man.

We must de-dish said warsher soon, good grief man.

 

Parentals-Mrs.-T-B. appreciated the attention but noted how much Mentor-Mrs.-T-B. yakked, yak he man.

Last full day for the Ecus, sigh man.

 

We were expecting & fully prepared for their final laundry load, expectant & prepared we man.

However, the stuff for all Many of them fit into one load, unsure how man.

We helped Mama-Mrs.-T-B. with the warsher/dryer settings, proficient we man.

 

We then did Many (2+2) regular loads, "heavy" Sunday man.

Two on Monday night will be the Ecus' bed linens & bath linens, wrap it up man.

 

We took the Parental-Mrs.-T-B. units to Walgreens for some last needs, chauffeur we man.

Courtesy of sales & coupons, they saved Many% (2x2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2x2-2%) off regular retail, whee man.

 

Ecus furiously packed, but not for as long as we'd expected, perhaps down to a science man.

Will be interesting to see if our back can abide trunking/de-trunking all of them, potential ouch man.

 

Mini-B. is eager to reclaim his own bed, commandeered by Nephew-Mrs.-T-B. man.

 

We will airport the Ecus via caravan, two vehicles required for luggage & people man.

They're not even gone and we miss them already, sigh man.

I don't know why anesthesia hits me so hard. it seems to take days for me to start really moving around. I have zero energy but managed to get some cleaning done today. Pain wise it's almost non existent, mostly just pressure from the swelling.
