Well I didn't let them know I just let y'all know so that doesn't count. I did say something about my coworker but it was in gist because she brought her 22 year old very pretty daughter here yesterday. As you may recall, the baby is 5 months old.  His nickname is going to be the Tank, I think.  He has moved up to 18mo-2T clothes and is now wearing clothes that the other large child, the Troll, wore when he was 15 months.  He might even weigh what the Troll did then.  He's going to be the size of the Dane.  The Troll might luck out and be shorter and like 6'4" or 6'3".

 

 I told the Dane yesterday that I was thinking of moving to Denmark.

 

I got a resounding no.  Maybe he just married me for the greencard.  🗽❇️

1.  Random strangers remark on his fatness.

 

2.  I wouldn't have a problem with it, Dutch is easier than Danish.  I think it is my father's first language.  The Dane seems to think he has more upward potential with this career in America.  Something about the union setting the wage in Denmark at about the same he is earning now and it being hard to start a business there.

A reasonable day here, we had rain and the temp is almost bearable today. Himself is running in circles looking for tools he's mislaid. Doing my best not to tell him that if he put them back where they came from, he would know where they are.

 

If it doesn't rain anymore, I will stick the gumboots on and mow the lawn. It's absolutely shot up this week.  

 

I understand the MIL is moping in her new surroundings. Refusing to leave her room for meals and the like.  She's dropped the house price yet again, and still, it sits. Poor dear.
