Running in to say hi & hope all are well.

How did the hospital visit go @cdneh, hoping it was good news?

Have been to Florida for a week and it was just me & redneck so stress free 😁

Oscar had a dog sitter much to MIL's disgust and he had a good time too :)

@TBoneTX sorry but there aren't enough hours in my day to catch up with your randomness...I'm going to guess the world of pre owned toilet seats is still busy and you've been estate sale hunting 😁

ROC is in Vermont, think it's sat in a dumpster somewhere as they haven't even cashed the check yet 😂

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey

The quote from free loader Blanche(to her psychopath brother in law Stanley)  is "I always rely on the kindness of strangers" and then she adds  later "I am always thankful" and then he rapes her. Tennessee Williams was a master of suspense and psychological turmoil......brillant novella....

Sorry here....I am geeking out and LOVING the (name of) new thread!

I digress...going back to waiting for AOS....ugggghhhh....real life sucks.

Tennessee Williams was a trip. His writings are more modern and current than 99% of the authors of his era, and for that matter, probably more modern than most current writers.

That's only a small fraction of it, sigh T ma'am.

In lieu of reading our posts, you may issue reputation points to all of them, fair trade T ma'am.

This weekend and today was a doozy to say the least. It started with my 4 year old waking up liking at 5am on Saturday morning. Then led to both her and me having a stomach bug all weekend. Then last night my oldest(11) got it and decided to throw up in the car on the way home from the store. This is after the she already went to the bathroom literally 5 minutes before this. Both of them went to school today but we had to pick my 11 year old up early due to being sick.

Now my son is saying his stomach hurts.....

Glad of Oscar! And a pox upon MIl ;)

It didn't go badly, apparently, the main issue is his BP, which has always proved tricky to regulate. He's on Lasz for the time being. He feels fine, so he says.

All in the family, eh? :(

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

I suggest a mix , 3 to 1, of avocado and coconut oil.  in a blender is fine.   leave it on for 2 hours, wash off gently with cold water ...   This is healthy stuff for scalp and hair .  Yes, hair also :D Frequency? once a week.

random question: Have any of you ever used olive oil on your scalp?  I've been suffering with a dry scalp since we moved inland and none of the dandruff shampoos help (because it is dryness and not dandruff).  It has been itching me like crazy lately and scratching only leads to flakey horrors in my hair. :(

Kite Fishing ! Send out a kite across the water , about 1/2 mile into the bay ... the weight of the sinkers keep the hook underwater ...

there's a pulley system...    I never knew if it was popular in Texas - I just do it when I have the time ...  Got a lot of weird looks but the Viet Shrimper boat captains smiled at me, knew what I was doing ...   @SAT  Very similar to this:
