All my calls on the cell are going directly to voicemail. Which I found out, of course, after waiting around all day on a call from the  Husband's doc. I picked the thing up t see if the battery was low, and low and behold, 3 missed calls. I am told there is an issue with a cell tower, and they are working on it. Might be restored in 48 hours.  Ya, that helps. Not

Cell tower has likely melted into a puddle. Hot.

The local weather guy was sporting a T-shirt tonight, instead of his usual shirt and tie. It said Akransauna.  He's right :D

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Exhausted from not even a full week of record-breaking POTS sales, we took our nap on Thurs., zzz we man.

We awoke Many (2+2) hours later, sleep through alarm till after midnight man.

It's hot but not unbearable here... So why are we contemplating moving to Alabama when redneck retires 😂

MIL is doctor shopping again *sigh*

 

My mum was sent for a MRI a few weeks back as she suddenly lost her hearing in one ear (she lost the sight in 1 eye a couple of years ago) they stopped the MRI before it started and told her she has a large piece of metal in her head 😮

She's since had x rays to check this as she is not aware of any reason for a chunk of metal to be floating about up there, no one has told her anything but she has a CAT scan today.

Her working theory is that something was left behind after she had ear surgery about 20 years ago and it's worked it's way into a position that's causing problems - i hope this isn't the case but as no one is actually answering her questions about what is in there you have to wonder!

Yah, way cooler in Alabama :D  Doc shopping, what does she want this one to tell her she has?

 

How the heck has she got a large bit of metal in her head she doesn't know about?  Was she around during the Blitz or anything? That is so odd, and you think someone would tell her what it is. If something got left behind during a procedure they are going to have to own up to it. I hope she gets an answer!
