Hot. It's actually sunny and over 80. I think I picked a poor day to shovel dirt and shift rocks. We were told once the Anderson went it that the ground would subside where they piled the dirt up around it, but to give it a few good hard rains before filling it in again. The other day, whilst attempting to lug uncooperative dog out there during the warning, I stepped into a 4-inch deep puddle outside the door.  So today I've been shoveling dirt into the gap at the front and making a flat stone walkway across it.

 

We took the car in to have the recall airbag thing fixed a week ago. When we got home, I noticed that the passenger side floor carpet was wet. Seemed to me that the wash boy managed to spray the inside of the car while he did the outside. The next day I took the shop vac out there and dried it all up. Heavy rain Thursday, and it's sopping wet again. They also didn't correctly replace the panel over the airbag, which is sticking out. So off to the Toyota dealer next week. I hope they can find the leak, heaven knows I've looked and can't work out where the water is getting in.

Having hedged our bets because of forecast rain that was nowhere to be perceived, we attended mostly ESs, si man.

This was some Saturday, oh joy man.

 

First, Mrs. T-B. had assured us on Friday that she had found our jar of instant coffee, lost amidst the casa chaos man.

What she had found was one of the unopened jars that we keep refilling our jar with, ADD she man.

We had just refilled our jar in prep for the casa chaos and were not about to break into a new jar, si and no man.

We searched fruitlessly for our jar, no see man.

We asked Mrs. T-B. whether she had thrown it out, unforgivable man.

She said, "I didn't throw it out, but I don't know where it is."

We said, "If you know that you didn't throw it out, then you should know where it is, si man!"

Mrs. T-B. kept denying the premise, ADD she man.

After much argument and re-searching, we found jar -- thrown behind bags of cat food, logical placement man.

This was some Saturday, oh joy man.

 

Second, no more drywalling could occur until plumber relocated a wrongly placed pipe, relocate he man.

Drywalling then occurred, Much Dust and cough-like-an-illegitimate-male-child we man.

Electricity then had to be turned off for hours so wires could be relocated/extended, hotcasa flowers we man.

Fortunately, we took Mini-B. to lunch etc. and were gone for most of this, absent we & wee man.

We took Mini-B. to lunch at Burger King, Chief Food Source for we & wee man.

We had BOGO Whoppers, ingest we man.

Mini-B. had chicken fries, French fries with ketchup, and a hamburger, ingest almost all wee man.

 

We then went to get our hairs cut with use of 2 free coupons, Nirvana man.

Pleased with the outshortcomings, we & wee man.

 

Dropped by r-casa to stow new ES-bought A/C filter in closet, stockpile man.

 

We then went to Walmart to get Mini-B. another Beyblade, addicted wee man.

Oh, how we hate Walmart cashiers, hostile bigoted dismissive clinically depressed they man.

Mini-B. pleased with new Beyblade, satisfied we man.

 

Returned to casa, no electricity for Many (2+2+half) hours, sweat we man.

This was some Saturday, oh joy man.

 

Many'rd, Mrs. T-B. had disappeared for Many (2+1) hours, mysterious reasons man.

We hoped that she was rendezvousing with a Rojo, perhaps free-at-last we man.

To the contrary, she was taking a cabinet-painting class,  man.

She proudly showed us her sample, which looked worse than the blind having led the deaf, egad man.

We will fight with her about this later, assuredly man.

This was some Saturday, oh joy man.

 

Many'th, drywallers worked ALL day, raising much more dust, interminably cough we man.

Furthermore, they paneled over the hole where the range hood should vent,  man.

We don't know HOW the installers will find the correct place now, no man.

 

Furthermore, drywallers moved old sink/oven/dishwarsher into garage, leave there man.

Now, the junk is garaged and the Mrs.-T-B.-mobile is drivewayed, backwards man.

Junk won't be removed till Monday, egad man.

When Mrs. T-B. returned from her cabinet-fouling class, she told us plumber's verdict, render judgment he man.

He gave our dishwarsher "a couple more years" before replacement would be necessary, diagnosis man.

Independently, real estate agent suggested replacing r-casa's dishwarsher, optional but recommended man.

 

This knocked us off our previous fence, si man.

While awaiting electricity in casa, went to Home Despot, go we man.

We got a black dishwarsher for our casa and a white one for the r-casa, decide we man.

No delivery charge if both are delivered to one place, free = glee man.

Transaction quick & easy, wonderful man.

Consummated same, warshed/gassed the Mrs.-T-B.-mobile, and returned to casa in half + half-of-half an hour, record time man.

Many'th, after returning from Home Despot, we ran into drywallers sweeping up, even more dust stirred man.

After they left, we took our blow-leafer to the laundry room & garage, de-dust we man.

The equivalent of a whole nuther piece of drywall got blow-leafed out, outblow it we man.

We have not seen it this dusty before, no man.

We have not stopped coughing since, hack we man.

Mrs. T-B. warned us over & over not to go aysheep during this casa-chaos process, warn we she man.

Except when our basic little things haven't been attended to (ADD she man), we have been non-aysheep, calm we man.

However, Mrs. T-B. is majorly stressed, and even muttered, "This idea was a mistake," mutter she man.

She is the one going aysheep, aysheep she man.

However, it is somewhat too late to turn back now, Into the Jaws of Death Rode the Many00 man.

Many'th, we have just finished the usual Saturday laundry loads, intrepid we man.

This necessitated multiple traipsings through the fouled kitchen into the fouled laundry room, call foul we man.

We don't know how one set of human bronchi can withstand this, not so far man.

We don't know how they can withstand traipsing even more multipli on Sunday, no man.

During prep (betwixt cat & zzz), we envision ingestation of half a Many-oz. bottle of cough-syrup, desperate we man.

Scintillating repartee between last night & now, yawn man.

 

Chamber of Commerce weather today, glorious man.

However, did not leave casa, under weather man.

Swigged half-bottle of syrup before bed and other half upon arising, nuke it man.

 

Drywaller spent most of day sealing/priming/sanding/painting new drywall, work he man.

We had to take laundry outside front door, through garage, and into laundry room, kitchen off-limits man.

Fortunately, had the minimum Many (2+1) loads, thank you man.

 

When drywaller left, Mrs. T-B. mopped floor in kitchen/laundry room, great improvement man.

We then laundered the vilest, putridest, grossest load of rags ever seen, yucky-but-necessary man.

Aside from the above thrilling activity, managed to make all Many of our lunches for this week, improvise man.

Mini-B. said that Mama T-B. loved his new haircut, love she wee man.

Found a fuzzy asteroid ball to toss to cat, delighted miu man.

Going to swig another half-bottle of cough junk before bed, nuke it man.

Such was/is our exciting Sunday, soporific man.
