Thanks! Just went through the post, it looks like very similar to my case. I filed my case last May, 2018.  Actually I lived in Staten Island, but I believed it belongs to Brooklyn area. They probably tried to re-balance work load.  Hope this is a good sign.

Got notified on Friday that my interview was scheduled, strangely no text, and the document portal seems to still be giving me error 500 so I have no idea when it is. Hopefully the letter will turn up quickly
