Just to clarify, you are the USC, your dad is co-sponsoring your fiancee for you. You are still in the K1 process and haven't had the interview for the visa yet.

Now, you want to apply for food stamps.

 

Is that correct? I don't have the answer, but wanted to clarify so hopefully someone can answer!

No my fiance is already here his applying for the aos. He already goy his k-1 approved
