Divorced validity

Assuming the divorce was final and you have the certificate, you're free to marry.

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

If you have the divorce decree, you can get married today :D

Thought you got divorce in 2014 so now is year 2018 so I assume I don't know the law in other country what their requirement would be. Hope all is settled down soon before you are free to marry again. Wish you the best! :D

Both you and your ex-wife should have received copies of the divorce decree.  I'm unsure if you are the USC or the person wanting to immigrate. If USC: If you did not get the decree, you need to call the courthouse that finalized the divorce and have them send you a certified copy.  There will be a fee involved most likely.  If the divorce occurred in Pakistan, I can't help but I would assume that decree can also be obtained.   You will need it for any spouse/fiancee petition, or a ROC, naturalization based on marriage, etc.  I've had to supply my own divorce decree 3 times already. 

 

But if you got divorced in 2014 (and not a typo) 4 years is more than enough time for the cooling off period required by most states.
