We have received all communications via email from NVC in a timely manner.  However, the most important email (Appointment Letter) they said they sent out on April 24, we have not received it. I had called them tonight just to follow up about the interview date and was told by surprise that my husband's interview is scheduled on May 15 at 8:15 am.  They said it will take them up to two weeks to resend this letter.  Any recommendation on how to schedule a medical exam without this letter?  Our case is electronic processing by NVC.  The interview will be at US Consulate in Guangzhou.  We can do this medical exam either in Shanghai or Guangzhou.  We currently live in Hangzhou, China.

Yes, the embassy sent me the letter directly within a few days.  I also found the letter from NVC in my archive folder.  A few days prior, my email was hacked so many things went into the wrong  folder.  Everything was fine after I changed my password and started to look in both the archive and inbox folders for new emails.
