I got hit with a RFE today and im actually happy about it.. haha. At least that tells me someone is actively looking at my case.

Of course! i will keep y'all posted.  Furthermore, im thinking of sending all the other evidences that we have gathered so far with whatever docs they request.

No, it's sent in a USPS priority mail envelope. It doesn't require a signature.

anyone here will interview in Los Angeles office? Also, I have noticed some people here were interviewed within  4 or 5 month after applying, is that normal? Our I-485 status changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" 45 days ago. we are May filers.

It depends on the Local FO, I follow a forum here about Houston filers from 2017 that are still waiting for their interview.. 

 

I saw a couple people got approved for their GC in ohio and montana befofe getting their ead/ap..

 

If i can only move.. lol

From what i've seen so far, people in the Midwest are most likely to get an interview within 4 to 5 months from the date they submit their applications... and those on the coast side can expect a long wait lol.

My cousins NOA DATE was May 31st and she got the updates yesterday and today her I-797s came and tomorrow her actual EAD/AP arrives as per tracking number! Excited for her!!!

Other great news 4-6 months and they are working on April2018 already!!! Gives us hope!!!🙏🏼🙏🏼

My Visajourney states that between 9/26 - 10/11 might get approved!!! On my K1 journey it was correct so we can only pray!!! CONGRATS TO ALL that already got it!!

Hi all,

 

I received my interview notice yesterday!!!! (My NOA date was May 11th)

 

My case status on the app changed to “case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” 8 days ago. Still hasn’t been updated to reflect that I have an interview scheduled.

 

Still just says “fingerprint review complete” for my EAD and “case received” for my AP, but I guess I won’t be needing them if all goes well!

 

Fingers crossed for the rest of you!
