06/03/18 : Package delivered by USPS

06/15/18 : Received AOS AP, AND EAD NOA1 hard copies in mail

06/15/18: Received rejection letter for AP (WILL BE RE FILING)

07/02/18 : Biometrics appointment letter in mail

07/09/18 : Biometrics:D

09/10/18 AP approval in mail

09/18/18 : Received AP card in mail 

10/23/18 : Interview ready to be scheduled 

12/03/18 : NOA EAD Approval in Mail

12/07/18 : Receive EAD Card In mail

xx/xx/18 : Interview 

xx/xx/18 : Notice of Approval on I-485 in mail

CONGRATS! We got this message on 8/09, on 8/13 it switched to card mailed out and on 8/16 we received the card in the mail. So one week! 

 

we are June filers, with an expedite for EAD

If anyone can afford to move, it is a great idea to move some faster local office that you can get your interview in three months.

I saw a person got approved for GC in 5ish months from Ohio.. thats a good place to move to if anyone can do that.. lol

I saw many people got their GC in 3-4 months in those quick local office. it is not that hard to move, right? Rent a place for half a year and get your GC and move to wherever you want. Especially you can’t work at the first five months anyway... if people really want to do it , they can. I wish I can do it ;(

Wow, is it really about AOS ??? It used to be possible and a lot of people were getting their GCs like that but it seems after September 2017 it stopped happening. Let s know when you get it!
