PD is May 11 on old website and NOA1, May 22 on new website.

Bio june 15

RFE july 23 for Birth certificate

ready for interview August 6

no sign of EAD/AP, what is yall case status on the EAD/AP, mine is still "my case is received"

AOS from h2a visa, marriage based.

 

Filed I 130, I 485, I 131 and I 765 concurrently,

 

5/11/2018 Priority date; sent to Missouri, MSCxxxxxxxxx

6/15/2018 Biometrics appointment, Houston TX

7/11/2018 RFE for Birth Certificate

7/23/2018 Sent BC in response to RFE

7/31/2018 Confirmation of receipt of the BC

8/3/2018 received courtesy letter for medical 

8/6/2018 Case is ready to be scheduled for interview

9/19/2018 EAD/AP approved

9/20/2018 EAD/AP card in production 

9/24/2018 EAD/AP card is ready to be mailed

9/25/2018 EAD/AP card is mailed, usps tracking included in online update

9/27/2018 EAD/AP card picked up at post office

Congratulations! I think your card should be in the mail in about two weeks as well. Did you request an expedite for EAD? If so, did you apply for a job in your field of work or any job that you could get? My local office is Detroit, MI as well so your case gives me some hope 😅

I just received a case update on USICS, it updated from Ready to Schedule for an interview to Interview was Scheduled on Aug 17... Hopefully I will receive the notice soon, still waiting for the mail..

Yes i requested for expedite and i didnt apply for a job in field..

can I ask, when you requested your expedite? After how long , you got approved? Did you also get a mail saying your case is under review ?

I requested an expedite on the 30th of july,received an approval mail on the 4th of august.sent a job offer letter to them on the 13th of august and on the 20th of august the card is been produced
