Congratulations!
Since you JUST found out and your interview is next week, I don't really see how it impacts your case.
However, if they ask proof of like bona fide relationship, you can always "throw" in there that you're pregnant, if you choose.

But the fact of pregnancy at this stage ( I also assume you're like super early on the pregnancy/not showing) of the process doesn't really impact anything.

At this point, nope
They don't "Need' to know unless they ask-- but I don't see them asking
They might say "did anything change since application?" and u can throw it in there

Although from where am sitting, at 6 weeks, I don't know what they're going to do with that information. lol

Two ways.

1 call uscis to expedite 

2 go to the local office 

 

you need some documents to proof your emergency.

It has been 3 weeks since I requested an expedite for my AP (July 25th) and 2 weeks and 1 day since I faxed the evidence for my expedite request to the USCIS, and I have not heard anything from the USCIS- no status change. Yesterday, I reached out to my senator, Cory Booker.  Any tips on what else I can do? I tried getting in touch with tier 2  yesterday but they say the line is "closed"...

For an expedite on AP I would try to schedule an InfoPass appt. If you can't get one, I would try to just walk in.

Thanks. But would they able to provide an expedite for the regular AP of 1 year or just a 30 day emergency parole? My wife is going on Friday.

As of 8/14 - interview ready to be scheduled.

Now I wait. My local office has over 17,000 AOS processing..

 

Congrats on your 1 year anniversary. I see that it passed on 7/29.

Actually EAD is still pending. But with the PR / you wont need the EAD
