No change in my status for EAD. Still says case received. ( I didn't apply for AP). Curious myself if it changed or not for someone else...

well another beginning of the week, still no updates. I haven't even received an update of no updates soooo stuck there. Hope everyone gets good news today HOPING EVERYONE A GOOOOOD MONDAY!

Anybody from San Diego or California received an interview schedule notice? I understand that each case is different and depends on many other things but just wanted to ask! I also shared my timeline below.

I-485/combo filed on May 18, 2018 (to NBC)

Request the expedite for combo on July 6, 2018

Combo received on July 20, 2018

My NOA1 date is May 30th, biometrics was June 18th and on July 17th my AOS status changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview". EAD and AP are still "Case was received"

I am not May. But close, June 6th. In San Diego. May I ask how you got your combo card expedited? We tried our congressman, Scott Peters office, with no luck. 

Yesterday I got an update for Case ready to be scheduled for I-485

But no update on EAD. We have not approached USCIS directly yet on the matter because I am trying to prepare a package and a letter for them. Just wondering how you were so successful!

Hi, I asked for expedite too. How did you send them proof ? Because their fax number is always busy

Tried fax more than 100 times for three days. Fax never worked. So I mailed it.

Same situation! Also fax is very expensive, one dollar for one page and it never works. I am curious did we send to the same address? Did you send to 850 NW.... ? Thanks

Who is your rep? By senator do you mean your local congressman?
