I’ve sent mine on April 27th, and since then , no news. I’m starting to get worried. Even the check hasn’t been cashed out, but the tracking number on the mail said delivered on April 30th at 2pm!

Took almost 6 months for us to get the AOS/AP/EAD package together. We finally sent it on 05/12/18. 

 

We could have sent it in Feb... ugh the waiting game again

How did you guys organize your packets? Do I need to include any evidence of relationship in this packet or is that for the interview?

 

Would anyone mind critiquing my table of contents for my package? How many G-1145s do I need? I attach one to each front of 485, 765, and 131, right?

A copy of the intending immigrant's birth certificate along with English translation

A copy of your marriage certificate

Two passport-type photos of spouse

I-864, Affidavit of Support 

I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

I-131, Application for Travel Document

 

 

Can you please clarify if you sent in:

Copy of Vaccination Documentation Worksheet, Form DS-3025 --OR--  Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record

 

I don't see them listed on your table of contents and am using yours as my template. Thanks

if you're adjusting from k1, then it is not required to have one. as you have made it within a year

I bet I would already freak out... wait full 14 working days and then try to call. Sometimes it takes up to 3 weeks it probably depends on which desk it’s lying and waiting 😩

Yes i called yesterday and they told me to email the lockbox facility, they don't have a phone number. Hopefully they received it and process right away. I wish i had send it with ups or fedex. For my previous applications we had always used usps and no issues. Fingers crossed!

Sent in the paper work last week, but the tracking number states "arrival at post office", not delivered...anyone else get that? Will it be delivered when they pick it from the p.o box?

The tracking on mine hasn't updated since May 13th . I am starting to get worried...

Can you provide the email to us? I sent through USPS also and they only state "arrival at post office". I sent it out on may 8th. I want to follow up on mine also.

I sent in a copy of the vaccination worksheet. Also, I ended up using the table of contents that someone posted in this thread instead of mine. I adjusted it a bit, but I found it to be more comprehensive.

Hello everyone, my husband (beneficiary) and I(petitioner) sent our aos packet out last Friday, May 11th. Our tracking number shows it was delivered Monday, May 14th but we have not heard anything yet or received an noa1 so we are hoping to hear something soon. The check has not been taking out yet. It's crazy, I was also a may 11 filer for the k1 visa, so this time last year I was checking visa journey like crazy 😅

Hello, please did you have to write an explanation as to why you qualify for Advance Parole (this is under Part 7)?
