I received an RFIE the other day for our I-864. I attached images here stating what they asked for. I am a very meticulous person so I swear that I signed the I-864; none of the pages were missing and that the version I used IS valid. In addition, I have to send a bunch of other things to (again, see image). Just to be clear, this has nothing to do with my income or tax related documents, correct? I am composing a cover letter and this is what I am going to include in this RFIE:

 

·      Completed form I-864 With signature and date

·      Copy of Request for Initial Evidence

·      2017 tax documents and W2

·      2016 tax documents and W2

·      2015 tax documents and W2

·      Certificate of Employment

·      Copy of passport biographical page (U.S. citizen)

·      Copy of birth certificate (U.S. citizen)

·      Bank statements

 

Any and all advice is most welcome!

 

 

 

 

 

Sorry to hear that they lost your documents. Unfortunately, this is not new. They loose stuffs all the time. I am not sure how others compile their documents before sending but I like to 2 hole punch the documents at the top and use a fastner to hold them together - that mean they would have to loose the entire document.

My trve docuemnts i-131 was rejected and I re-filed last week! For my noa1 for it today electronically. How’s long does that and the authorization to work take ring et approved?!

Takes 3-6 months now. And usually you get a combo card means, AP and EAD in a card.

We don’t have an excel time chart. Most members have their timeline public also different offices have different processing times a so a time chart won’t be that helpful with AOS. Maybe for EAD and AP it would have some usage.

i  did my biometric test on Jun 18, and on Jun 20 I received a notification said they need evidence for my I-485, then the letter arrived on Jun 25. But it's just a courtesy letter remind me to do the medical test (I-693).

 

I called USCIS double check if they want me to send my I-693 for them to resolve that or not, they said no need.

 

But my online status still remain with the title " Request for Initial Evidence was mailed", and no updated at all. Wondering how accurate the online status is......
