We sent everything two day over the weekend and my carrier tracking says it arrived to Chicago on Monday morning. But I want to track on USCIS side as well 

You would need your receipt number for that. I don't know if you already got it.

my I-94 is expiring in 4 days. What happens if i dont renew it? Im having trouble with my SSN being processed and accepted by the USCIS because of its expiry.

you're right. they need at least 14 days before expiration. you cannot renew your I94 because your k1 visa gives you only 90 days. now your noa1 is the proof of you status because you're waiting for a green card

Yes in the mail, the notice day is June 1st

So do I, I just got a notice for my biometric appointment on June 20 too. But it is weird that I didn’t get NOA1, did you get two notice from USCIS or just 1 appointment letter? 

Also in my appointment letter , it says, i485 and i765, but it doesn’t mean i131, what is on your letter? 

 

I applied i485 , i765, i131, should I get 1 NOA1 or 3 NOA1 letters?

Turns out that SSN office already sent me a card on May 23, but my mail service has something wrong. So I just went into the local office again and apply for a replacement of SSN card again

I first got the Noa1, they were 3 letters. 

And now I got the bio appt, only one letter. I was gonna attach a picture but it doesn't allow me more than 1.28mb 😑 

In my bio appt letter next to the case type I have my 3 receipts number. If you didn't get your Noa1 maybe you have the receipts number there too and you can look them up in the website.

22 days and still no receipt..... I guess I have to wait the full 30 days.

I hope its not the case that it is just sitting on top of someone's desk while they are on vacation.

 

Anyone has been waiting long on their receipt?

Our packet was delivered on 23 May and they just ran my credit card today. So hopefully we'll have a NOA 1 soon.
