Sorry you are right, i actually only sent the $1,140 check for the I-485 and i thought the $85 biometric fee was included into the $1,140. So until today i didnt receive the NOA1 or any message from them and TIER2 called me yesterday and said they have up to 30 days to provide the NOA1. Since the fee is not correct they will send my package back and i will lose more than 30 days on this stupid game. 

 

I wish they could just send a RFE so i can send the correct fee and correct he EAD form for (c)(9) already.

Anyone applied for their SSN in the local office? I have waited for a month and no card yet. Very frustrating. Everything is so slow. I got text of NOA1 on May 30, but no hard copy yet.

I managed to have my SSN only with my Passport, I-94, marriage certificate and proof of residency. My card arrived in the mail after 5 days.

I emailed again my congressman... And I'll try with the Obudsman service. Last week I called Uscis and they told me that now the "normal" processing time is of 6-8 months.. So maybe I'll get some news around the middle of this month. But in the meanwhile I couldn't go to Italy at the end of March.. Hopefully I'll be able to go for the summer!

Hey all! Im getting worried no bio appt yet and I sent out my AOS on the 15th and was recieved the 18th ...anyone with a similiat time line already recieved their bio appt??

So I sent off my AOS on June 1st it said delivered on June 4th.

does it update they got it on the USCIS website check your case status? 

 

I signed up for electronic response so wouldn’t I get a message?

Yes we received that may 18th. The biometrics went smoothly and we were in nd out in abt 45 mins.

As of June 6, 2018, we are ready to schedule your Form I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR ADJUST STATUS

 

May 2nd mailed via usps

May 3rd received by uscis

May 10th check cashed

May 11th - Notice of acceptance I-797 text & email notification I-130 / I-765 / I-485

- May 25 - Biometrics letter notification -> scheduled for 4th of June

- June 4th - Biometrics completed

We went to a local office and were told card should arrive in two weeks. It did not. After several unsuccessful calls in the SS cust service line, we were told to just go back to the office. At that time we were told his Visa info wasnt uploaded into SAFE yet so they couldnt confirm and he would need to submit physical "proof". He scanned a copy of his I-94 and passport and said give it 4 weeks. His card final came in the mail a few days ago.

Where is everyone tracking their status? 

 

we used this website for the first part, but do we use the same case # this time for tracking AOS status?

We sent everything two day over the weekend and my carrier tracking says it arrived to Chicago on Monday morning. But I want to track on USCIS side as well
