Hi,

I was a F-1 student who was out of status when we filed the AOS on May 14, 2018 via USPS. It was received  on May 16, 2018 and we got a NOA1 on May 22.

I then received my biometric appointment set for June 15 on Saturday the 25th.

Hello,
We have filled the AOS 5/18 and still waiting for news and getting nervous!
Came on K-1

We are in the same boat. We sent  ours on 5/18. J chyba signed for it and we still haven't heard anything. I"ve seen at least one person who sent theirs in after the 18th and they received their NOA1 in the mail already.

I've just called and since it's been more than 10 days, they have transferred me to TIER2 i guess but the waiting time is 79 minutes :D so the system is to call me back. We will see cause I'm giving up my biggest pleasure - THE GYM :D

The standard one provided on the main USCIS page: 800-375-5283

I heard back from a tier 2 supervisor,  he said I should wait another week or so -sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks! Not to worry, you  are still in good shape,  he said.  However, this gave me very little comfort - we'll feel better when we get the e- notify and have the NOA1 in hand.

Yep, I've heard pretty much the same, thank you!
I also asked - once the date of NOA1 will pass the date of my K-1 expiration date if this will cause any issues, but she said no.

The  i485 by itself is $1,140

The biometricsame is $85

You said you sent payment of $1024. What was that for?
